This gym is really good if you want to be kept motivated. This gym has helped me mentally and physically because it teaches me to never give up and keep myself going and it keeps my body fit and I've found some exercises way easier for me. Overall it is a good gym.

I’ve been to the gym for about a week and I really enjoy it hear there’s a lot of cool people here and they will never bully you or anything like that. The coaches here push you hard and make you work hard and in the end after all the work that you put in is worth it in the end. And this place is amazing and once you sign up everyone here is brothers and sisters here and there really nice and help you get better. And it’s worth it to sign up here it’s not like other gyms and this is the best gym here in San Bernardino and I would say it’s worth it.

This place is really great people treat you like family the coaches motivate us a lot great place three months they lost 40 pounds I love right here on my respects to the coaches coach sunny and Coach Alvin good place I really recommend it

The coaches are very helpful and kind. The gym is very clean and there is a very clear list of rules that everyone must follow. The gym is just very good.
