I was very, very disappointed for my first day. The front desk girl was not welcoming, I did not get a tour. I called the manager and he was also useless with terrible customer service he didn't seem to care regarding my complaint. Now I wish I didn't join. If I can give no stars I would!

Best value for your money-----you can not find a gym this clean, well equipped, super customer service, not overly crowded, anywhere in the world. It can not get better anywhere else. only inconvenience i would say is, if you want to cancel you have to come to the gym, cant do it over the phone. ITS ONLY $10 a month or $99 per year. what else you need in the world----come on get in shape----you dont have any excuse not to come here.

I’ve been coming to this gym for about a month, no issues. I recently went in and they refused to allow me to use the tanning bed because I did t want to BUY their eye protector. She told me that it was policy not to allow me in with out it. I’ve been a member of planet fitness for well over a year and used locations all across the country, using my shirt over my whole face has never been a problem. I workMy butt off and as a reward to myself I tan for her to take that from me really ruined my night!
