Amazing city club. Staff is awesome. Most members are awesome. I love the lap pool and don’t let haters fool you: there’s a swim club that takes up at most 2 lanes 3 times a week and a masters swim that takes all the inside lanes for an hour twice a week in the evenings. You can always find a lane to swim if you don’t mind splitting a lane (who would?!)A little pricey yes but totally worth it if you are looking for a great city club with the best outdoors lap pool in the city (at least in my experience)

Pool etiquette and people going to this pool are crazy, especially on days where the pool is overloaded on sunny days and weekendsPeople are way too territorial and aggressive, don't go there if you want a chill experience

Staff is very rude in this location. It is too bad, because having tennis and swimming close to Embarcadero is great, but the employee that has the evening shift was very rude to my daughter and I today.
