Membership club. You can find great deals to join. Heated swimming pool, tennis, and exercise equipment all in San Francisco and Marin County.

Scam artists! Do not create a shared membership with these cons! Charged me In January 2022, for an account that has been closed since October 2021, will not respond to emails, and even the October charge was illegal and fraud, as I had stopped payments and they lied and told me my account was transferred to other members on the account and I would not be charged, then sent the wrong paperwork for the transfer to the other account member and said it’s our fault that we didn’t handle the transfer correctly so charged me $560 and then now with my expired account since October charged me another $560. Avoid them like the plague, extremely offensive customer service, do not care at all. Ryan Ashbaker does not care at all and doesn’t care to help and the rest of his staff is incompetent.

My experience with this gym is really poor customer service, out-of-date equipment (one treadmill was broken for weeks), and incompetent staff. Just look to the right or the left and either pay a bit more for a nicer club or pay less and expect similarly subpar experience

I wish I could like this place, however I have had nothing but problems with them from a business standpoint and also from a facilities point of view.Sometime last summer I signed up for their experience pass — 10x for a fixed fee. At this stage, they promised to convert my passes to guest passes if I purchased a membership. They did not define what that meant, but I accepted that as reasonable and moved on. Later they decided however not to honor those passes because they determined I needed to buy an additional expensive membership pass. Highly deceptive as a sales practice. It’s a gym though so I guess that’s to be expected.Second issue is that when I signed up, they indicated the times available for open lap swimming. They did not mention that 5 days a week they have a school program that takes over the entire pool every afternoon until it becomes too cold to swim. It was pretty annoying that they kept these times on a separate calendar system, and the only schedule they had printed was so tiny that no one could read it without a magnifying glass. At some point in time, you have enough experiences with a place to determine it’s not a coincidence. They are engaging in deliberately deceptive behaviors. Conclusion is, avoid the place. Avoid the management’s deliberately deceptive behavior. The cost is high and inconvenience factor higher. If one is lucky to find an open time to swim, even if it’s daily, it costs twice as much (factoring in the parking fees) as going most other places. (I calculated it’s about $20/visit including the ~$9 for parking).
