I’ve worked out at crunch for 5+ years and generally enjoy the offering.They don’t have an effective process to review incidents though at the gym. Client safety should be the most important thing at a gym.

Friendly staff and clean facility. Opens on time which is very important.

I was visiting in SF and got a day pass to workout here. It was great and is also near coffee places and eateries.

Made it an enormous hassle to pause my membership when I had to leave the State for a month. Continued to bill me after I called to cancel, and called me twice a day to harass me over $64 dollars rather than refunding me after repeated emails (including before the billing cycle) and not using my membership for over two months.

Eric was so helpful setting me up for a few workouts. I can’t thank him enough. Staff is super cool and the gym is really nice. Highly recommend this place to any of you looking for a sick gym.

Great place to workout. Friendly staff - Derrick was kind and helpful. The equipment is kept clean and in good condition.

So happy Crunch is back in operation. Jade Castro the GM was extremely helpful with membership and offered me some tips on my training too !!
