Each session will be varied, adapt to your abilities that day, and keep you on track in a fun way that doesn’t feel like work. Tammy provides support and encouragement and no judgment.What Tammy does not do: try to fit you into the “fad program du jour” (she can take parts of any program – pilates, barre, Zumba, interval, etc. if they are good for you), or give you a canned/prescribed program that she just walks you through.In addition, Tammy has created an ideal female focused culture at her studio, Eden Fitness, where other trainers (and their clients) exude support, acceptance and ongoing encouragement. I have worked with other trainers and Tammy has been my trainer for over 8 years. I could not recommend her more highly!

Eden is a really clean, cleverly designed, well-run petite gym. When I started going there to work with my trainer, I was impressed by all the thoughtful personal touches throughout. Tons of equipment and atmosphere. A great place for a satisfying workout!

I loved finding Eden because previous training studios weren't as nice by far. Eden is well-designed to make clients feel healthful and calm, with plantings and wood built-ins creating a space befitting the name Eden. The woman-owned aspect appealed to me too; Tammy is a caring and careful owner. Kudos to a great SF find.

I used to train clients and conduct a fitness class at Eden studios and only have great things to say. The owner is kind, and very helpful (when i had an issue , she was a phone call away and was always willing to stop by to see i was pleased). She always greets you with a smile, and the other trainers are also equally kind & sweet. The facility is always clean, and limitless equipment. For a "small studio", you never feel like your limited and everything is available to you. I cant wait to go back post Covid19.

I so much needed EDEN Fitness Studio in my life! EDEN is inviting, invigorating, warm and clean. Lots of equipment in a peaceful space for a well-rounded workout. Tammy is an excellent personal trainer and gives me the attention, encouragement and "push" that I need. If you are looking for a clean, private space for your personal workout, EDEN Fitness is the place.

Eden is an incredible, special find! This is not your typical gym or fitness center. Tammy, the owner, is welcoming, easy to communicate with, and has cultivated a beautiful space. There are endless options available in this intimate space for all of your exercise needs. The atmosphere is wonderful! Female focused. Intimate. Safe. Welcoming. Plants around the space. All clients and trainers are kind and respectful. It is soothing and motivating. A special gem for your fitness, wellness, and health!

I've been working with Tammy for nearly two years now after lots of unsuccessful efforts with other trainings. But, she gets me! When she decided to open Eden Fitness and walked into the space, I knew it was perfect for me. Its clean, relaxing and green. I couldn't ask for a more zenful place to work out with all the equipment you could ever need, a bright stocked full bathroom and plenty of plants to keep the air fresh. Love it!

Eden is a truly magical find! It lives up to its name in that it's a fitness haven: spotlessly clean, well-equipped, visually beautiful, and conveniently located. Being a female-focused training space, it feels safe and comfortable at all times. The owner, Tammy, is so accommodating and friendly - she's been a trainer for over a decade and really understands what makes a training space work for both trainers and clients. She's always getting new accessories and equipment to level up the client experience and it's obvious that she really cares about her space. Long story short, I cannot recommend Eden enough!

What a beautiful studio. Everything is brand new and its so clean. I love that it is private so it never gets overcrowded. The atmosphere is really nice to, I love all the plants and the beautiful bathroom! Everything was designed for the space and everything has its place so its not overwhelming or messy. I really like that its female focused and by appointment. I highly recommend training at Eden Fitness.

Eden Fitness Studio is truly incredible! It’s a gorgeous, female-focused space with the highest quality equipment and an environment that’s refreshing, relaxing, and conducive to an amazing workout every time. I can’t recommend the studio and its owner, Tammy Foxx, highly enough! It’s my happy place and I’m so grateful for its existence.
