I love going to Eden Fitness Studio. It has everything I need to get in shape. It is fully equipped with state-of-the-art equipment, including a water rowing machine, curved treadmill, stationary bike with fan, and much more. It is impeccably clean, orderly, serene and full of little extras to make working out a pleasure. The nature sounds, beautiful live plants, and rain shower are just a few of the extras that make Eden special. Not only that. The neighborhood is very safe, close to public transportation and has plenty of parking.

If you have a high standard for workout spaces like I do (I had a bad skin infection from a different gym!), then Eden Gym is the place for you. It is EXTREMELY CLEAN. Tammy is great because she pushes me but not in a drill-sergeant kind of way. I always look forward to our workouts together. Also, the place has a lot of light and color, so it’s just really pleasing to the eye. I highly recommend!

I’m a trainer here in the city. I’ve used several different studios and things to train my clients, but Eden is top notch. It’s always clean. Has everything I need. My clients always prefer to train at Eden. I love that it’s female focused, and I think that they do, too. On top of the wonderful facility, Tammy, the owner, is so kind and always willing to help you out however she can! She’s always working to improve it and make everything work for everyone. The whole community is wonderful and I’m so happy to be apart of it.
