Canceled my membership, without notification, after my credit card was stolen which caused my payment to not go through one time in 3 years (!) Went in to fix it a few days after I noticed and they asked me to sign a new contract that was more than $100 more expensive per month. Nah.

Please stop signing up new members. There are lines to get to lockers in the men’s room. Extending your hours couldn’t hurt either.

Terrible equinox location - employees are kind, but gym is way too small, overcrowded, and has limited hours on weekends. They need to cap their membership given the size of the space

There's a man that records people in the locker rooms. Gym staff knows and does nothing about it. Even outside of the locker room several members create a consistently uncomfortable experience. Overall this felt like an unsafe workout environment. Oh, the soaps do smell nice though

How about turning the music down in the lobby, that way customers can have a meeting when needed without having blasting music in the background? :)

I’ve heard rumors of Equinox starting to kick members off grandfathered plans. This happened to me here. Somehow my valid credit card that had been used for membership dues for the past 2 years supposedly didn’t work *once* and they failed to charge me. Instead of reaching out to me to resolve the issue or ask for alternate form of payment, they quickly cancelled my membership. When I noticed about a week later, explained, and asked to get back on my membership, they had a new rate for me that was almost $120 more expensive per month(!). Nope.

way too crowded and no one cares. People drop heavy weights that makes the whole floor shakes “who cares ”.You need to wait for so long to get a spot to do a workoutAnd the best part is when you want to cancel your membership (good luck)
