One of the few places in SF that has the open deadlift bar! 10/10 gym.

Predatory practices around charging you money when you intend not to, by not reminding you at reasonable time.

Great gym, staff and personal trainers. Always clean and well maintained! Even if it’s busy there’s plenty of room for everyone. Definitely my favorite location and not changing it.

Very clean, equipment is diverse, and moderately well spaced. They keep it too warm, and the music is always too loud. Why is there music at all, when almost everyone wears ear phones, many of them just to block out the music?

If you work at Salesforce, you can go to the Equinox across the street and the initiation fee is waived b/c we have a corporate partnership w/ them and our rate is only $50 more a month than here. This place focuses on quantity: once you're a member, they don't take care of you. At Equinox, they focus on quality: they take Real good care of you.

What's up with the manager who's always talking to some dude on a machine during rush hour? This ain't a disco, talk to him outside of here and on your own time, not when people are trying to get stuff done. Also, don't you have a policy against staff fraternizing with members? She's inches away from his face and always hugging at the end of the never-ending flirtations.

Been to many gyms, this is hands down the best. Lots of machines, heavy weights, and big squat rack area. Exceptional.

This gym is fantastic! The staff there are just amazing, always friendly and laid-back. Plus, all the equipment is new, spotless, and works perfectly. Seriously, I can't recommend it enough!

The gym was okay, but not worth the rate. I got more out of my membership at planet fitness. The issue for me was the cancellation nightmare. I attempted to cancel in January, but since I’m unable to find the email I sent them back then to show o did request a cancel, I was charged $400 without going to the gym once over 2-3 months. I would have gone if I knew I was still going to be charged for this. Most gym memberships I have dealt with are easy to cancel. And happen when you ask. I thought this gym would have great customer service. I was wrong.

I've been to 30+ gyms across the US and this is by far the best gym I've been to. It has so many squat racks and cardio equipment that I can't ever imagine a wait. Looking forward to my next visit to SF just to visit again.
