Awesome gym! I usually come here for 1 on 1s with Andrew Moy. The facility is great - clean and fairly spacious. Super awesome staff, too! Really friendly and knowledgeable. Every time I work with Andrew, I have a lot of fun and get a great workout. Highly recommend!

I no longer consider working out as a chore anymore!! Before joining this gym, my friend asked me to take a class and I was skeptical because like lets be real, who likes being yelled at? But it’s nothing like that! Angela is one of the instructors that teaches boxing and trx and she’s def my favorite instructor! She’s super motivational and she plays music that keeps you going. She helps you on your form when she sees you struggling but will call you out for using light weights. There is so much different workouts available at this gym. They offer different levels of boxing and trx! I have tried boxing and trx and loveeeed it.Don’t believe me? Give it a try!!

Love HIT FIT Nob Hill, the staff here are wonderful. The athletes are all very welcoming. Wanted to shout out Adolfo Velez and Oscar Rivadeneyra, in my opinion the best Coaches this Gym has. Five Stars!

Troy King is my trainer. He is one of the best trainers I have ever had. He communicates really well and customizes a workout plan which is most beneficial for me. I have had excellent results and would highly recommend him to others.

Trish is an amazing trainer! She has a unique combination of passion for fitness and her students, an infectious positive attitude, and a deep knowledge of the body. She'll test your limits and make you a fitter and better person. I highly recommend taking Trish's class!

HIT Fit has it all. I've lived in the Bay since 2016 and have trained/worked at several boxing and boutique group fitness gyms, and HIT Fit SF has the organic community vibe that is so hard to come by in a sea of sterile cookie-cutter gyms. The Nob Hill location has an old-school soul with tons of historic boxing pictures and posters adorning the walls. They even have a ring where you can watch local fighters spar in the evenings. The bathroom area has clean showers that I use to wash up after class because riding home on BART/MUNI can be terrifying if you smell and run into somebody you know haha. The class offerings are varied enough so that you cannot get too complacent or bored with your routine. Unlike other boxing gyms in the area, they offer TRX classes along with their cardio boxing courses. I cannot stress enough the need for variety in your routine to pursue continuous improvement in your fitness journey over time and HIT Fit nails this right on the head. They offer Unlimited Memberships that allow you to visit as much as you want each month, and if you are someone that travels for work they also have classpacks that allow you to use at your convenience.I've heard good things about the bootcamps and personal training as well, and I've seen a program for the kids too. Check it out, you wont be disappointed.

Love these guys, I’ve been going to both HIT fit gyms on and off for many years. The trainers and the community are amazing. They really take the time and effort to work with you and bring out your best. I can safely say that Simon, Cole and the rest of the guys are the real deal. Keep up the good work guys 👌🙏. …

Love this gym!! It’s a no frills gym and the classes kick your butt every time! I have tried a few of the classes, but Trish’s HIIT class is my favorite! She makes sure you’re getting the best workout and really pushes you to your max!

I can't say enough positive things about about Trishala's class. She always manages to pushing you to your limits and encoring you every step of they way. The best thing about her classes is that I can actually see improvements in my health and strength. When I started I was on the lower end of the weights and with time, patients, and Trish always cheering me on I've been able to get stronger and fitter. Something I have not found in any other work out class. Her programs are always fun and and keep you moving with high energy in the room. She really makes the atmosphere in the room feel welcoming and supporting. Can't wait to go back!
