This gym is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel on my last visit to SF which was perfect for getting a session in before starting my day. It is a huge space that is well maintained and well equipped—with a full sized boxing ring!! The staff and trainers are also incredibly professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back next time I’m in the area.

Hit Fit offers high intensity training for all levels. I used to attend boxing classes and now train with Leo Larson - a very skilled fighter and awesome boxing trainer. He is patient and pushes you to learn proper technique with attention to detail. He is also a boxing encyclopedia ;) I highly recommend Hit Fit and training with Leo (or you can just sign up for his boxing classes).

Friendly staff. Clean facility. If you are thinking about taking up boxing Leo is a super knowledgeable instructor, he is pays attention to everyone one in class and is able to pass on his knowledge effectively. I always walk out of class feeling accomplishedThe TRX class is equally as good. Cole will always push you become stronger, faster and better with out compromising form or risking injury.

I did not have a good experience at HitFit. I was really hoping for a good boxing gym after moving here. I recommend going somewhere else. The instructor looked unhappy to be there. He was very disengaged and spoke as little to the class as possible. There were many other people in the gym while the class was going on which was distracting. Everyone at the facility seemed unenthusiastic.

Looking for one of the best works outs in the Bay Area? Then this is hands down your gym. I have been a member of Hitfit on Harrison Street for over five years. The trainers are the best of the best. I take Angela and Nia’s 9 AM class. It’s only 45mins but they kill me everytime (in a good way!!). They are both very creative - they always change up the work out so I never get bored and there is always something new. Cole and Wayne’s classes are also incredible. Their training and knowledge is truly impressive. You can tell all the Hitfit trainers are constantly learning and evolving - There is also a really nice sense of community at this gym. I’ve got to know so many people through taking classes. You see the same faces all the time which is obviously a really good sign 💪🏼

I trained with ADOLFO at Hit Fit Nob Hill when I was in San Francisco on a business trip. He's such an amazing trainer, that later in the year, I flew back just to train with him for a week. I plan to do the same several times this year. Anyone looking to train and learn how to box, for whatever reason, will not go wrong working with this guy! Would recommend him to anyone!

I've been at many gyms over the years, and HitFit Nob Hill is the friendliest, most fun, and most effective. I get a great workout, learn some boxing theory, and practice my moves at Troy King's Sunday class, with some special attention (he is very patient) Thurs evening. A good gym with good people!

Love this place since it is a very short commute from where I live. Gym is very clean, they offer towels, love the bathrooms, and just love the vibe of this place. My very first class is with an instructor named Angela and she is awesome! She had some really creative workouts that give you this amazing feeling after your whole body is drenched with sweat! Initially, I just got some passes on Groupon for a deal just to try it out, but after a few classes with Angela - I was convinced that I needed a membership here. I have found the right gym for me. Thank you Hit Fit.

One of the best HIIT gyms in SF. Coaches are very professional and engaging. The classes are tough and rewarding. I was able to quickly get in shape and always look forward to the next class. The Nob Hill location has easy parking on the meters.
