If you like being treated rudely you can go to this Orange theory I've been there about 3 times and every time got an attitude from the young kids at the desk. Abdullah and Adrian were the main ones. I won't be going back. You're better off going to flagship Soma at the end of the street. Very nice people they don't treat you rudely and no question is a dumb question.

I really appreciate the support of the coaches. It’s helpful and contributes to a high quality workout.Marquise, Steph, and the new staff are really supportive.

Love the workouts. You can basically take it at your own pace. I have been a member for little over a year now and continued going here as I recovered from a surgery and wasn't supposed to run or lift weights -- point is that they will customize it for you. If you are recovering from an injury or don't want to run, you can walk on the treadmill or use the TRX straps (if you don't want to use weights). Love the instructors -- all of them: Max, Marquis, Nisha, Quinton -- all of them do a great job teaching and genuinely caring about your workouts and give 1-1 instructions. I have a very busy schedule and sometimes have to rush out the door to take class...this is a good one hour of de-stressing and on days I can't push myself, I just show up and do the movements but without running or lifting heavy and I still got a workout in and moved my body! Check them out...it is a great workout sess

I’ve been to a bunch of boutique fitness studios (Orange Theory, Barry’s, etc.) and the coaches and staff here are consistently some of the best. The studio is just the right size to have some space while working out but also not so large that the coaches can’t give you personalized attention if you need it. Members are also very friendly, welcoming and supportive!

5 star studio and coaches! I’ve been going to OT MB for a year now and absolutely love the classes and energy from the coaches! I always come out feeling so refreshed and motivated! I love that every class is different and how personable the coaches are!

Just dropped into this studio while on a work trip, not knowing what to expect from Mission Bay. Everyone was welcoming. Studio was gorgeous. And Marquise was amazing— positive energy, lots of enthusiasm, and a healthy dose of realness. I’ll be back soon!

I am a committed Orange Theory fan. The Mission Bay studio has been my go-to nearly every morning for more than a year. I switched from a personal trainer to OTF for practical reasons. As a frequent traveler I'm grateful they're in multiple markets. Having used their studios in NY, LA, OH, and SC I can say Mission Bay is my favorite. Appreciate their towel service, natural light, and updated equipment. The workouts are challenging, but accessible. The staff and trainers are all exceptional. Matt and Evan are friendly faces at the front desk and coaches Steph, Kate, and Max are well informed and motivating. Check 'em out!

Love attending OTF! Great coaches, clean studio, helpful front desk staff. They push me in my workout harder than I would myself! Cheyenne and Marquise are awesome coaches with positive energy that is contagious! Sign up, you’ll be glad you did.

OTF Mission Bay is such an exciting studio to work out at. All of the staff members are so nice and eager to help you get the hang of orange theory. The coaches always push you to do your best and coach Marquise’s classes are super fun! Working out here never feels like a chore.

I’ve been going to OTF Mission Bay for almost a year now and have absolutely loved my experience. I was initially hesitant as I had never previously attended any workout classes before/was waffling on the price point. However, I can now say that it’s been worth every penny! The workouts are challenging but doable. There is structure so you’re never left wondering what to do next, but enough flexibility so that you can feel comfortable adjusting to your own skill level. The coaches are wonderful (thank you coach Robin!), motivating, and patient. Highly recommend!
