Amir is a great coach/ trainer. He caters workouts to your fitness goals and body type to make sure that you are able to achieve what you need in your target time frame. His workouts are challenge and will eventually make you stronger in general no matter what your goal is (if you eat correctly). I really enjoy going to East Bay Fitness for the above reasons and couldn't recommend Amir more.

Amir is a great trainer! The exercises are challenging but doable and I feel really strong! Something I really like about Amir is his focus on making sure you do the right form, so you work the right muscles and prevent injuries. Great guy and fun to work with as well, would definitely recommend.

I must say that Amir is one of the best personal trainers out there!! He's very knowledgeable, supportive and a great motivator. He priorities health and fitness more than anything. He's patient and pushes you to your full potential. I've been going to Amir for a while now. In January 2023 I started at 224lbs and as of now I am 206lbs. I lost 18lbs and pleased with my results. With such a busy work schedule, I meet with Amir twice a week. I try to get some workouts in from home as I can with a workout plan Amir has given me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I’ve been training in martial arts for over 10 years and I’ve recently decided to make Amir my strength and conditioning coach. He’s been helping me with my training camp for my upcoming Muay Thai competition. I’ve never met a more detailed and dedicated trainer. He’s truly selfless by giving advice after the sessions and checking in with me when outside the gym. Through the last month training w him I already see a increase in lean muscle and have a better understanding of developing explosive power! I would highly recommend training w him regardless of your fitness level !

I booked a 1-1 strength and conditioning session with Amir through classpass. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and just had warm soul vibes. He was attentive to my goals, was very clear in his instructions, cares about proper form, and picked exercises and resistance levels that really pushed me.I couldn't have asked for a better trainer. Would recommend for anyone looking for coaching to reach their fitness goals, especially if you have any interest in martial arts conditioning.

Amir is a wonderful trainer! He really works with you. I am always busy and was having a hard time prioritizing my fitness goals, but Amir has always checked in on me and found a creative ways to help personally train me, when most days I can’t make it to the gym. He’s motivating and honestly just cares about your over all health. For someone first starting out in their fitness journey, Amir is the best personal trainer you can find.

I was struggling to find a trainer and gym close to home and was lucky to find Amir. He creates a work out individualized for each client and really focuses on your goals and needs. Keeps the work outs perfectly intense and does constant check ins to make sure your goals are being met. Comes to each session with a positive attitude and always provides great feedback on your progress. Also great communication and coordinating when it comes to scheduling appointments.

I invested a few months with Coach Amir and it was well worth it. I gained knowledge, muscle, and lost 13 lbs in the process. Big shout out to this guy! One: proud of him for opening his own gym and gaining more clients! His gym is such a safe place. He’s a GREAT instructor, he really listens to what your goals are and he is so supportive of all your needs. He motivates you to do your absolute best. He is incredibly knowledgeable of the body and muscles. I have gotten stronger as time has gone on going to his gym, thanks to this man!Thank you Amir for pushing me and keeping me on track with everything!Bay Area people, if you need a good one on one instructor, PLEASE hit him up! You will not be disappointed!Can I just mention that it’s dope that his gym is black/native owned?! All around, great environment! 10/10 would highly recommend!

Been attending Amir's workout schedules and I got to sat it's been going really good. A good blend of cardio and strength on almost alternating days, not too much especially after an 8 hour shift at work. In fact I feel a little more energetic now than before. Amir also keeps tabs on you to see if it's too much or too little so he can curate it so that it's just enough. Would definitely recommend. Also since I started about 3 or so weeks ago I've also already gone down around 4lbs so safe to say it's progress all right.
