Men's always smell bad. Friendly staffs. Only 1 pair of 20 lb dumbbells. Not sure about others.

Cakes on dirty at the margins untouched for at least 2 years. Pool clean,but out of commission for 8-9 months, hot tub 3 out of every 4 weeks.Showers had their dispnsers all knocked off the wells as after 7 pm there is no soap. Drain back up, floors are .muddy from showers plus street shoe. Trash by 8 pm is prevalent. Probably the worst run 24 hour fitness in the national EXCEPT for Floresta the nearest other one.They are in a race to the bottom.

Great environment good equipment worth the money if you're determined to come in frequently

I have workout in gyms all across the U.S and have seen it all, I walked into to the locker room and walked out. There are other gyms in the area, use them. Very disappointing, the locker rooms, showers, and sauna have clearly not been cleaned in months and it’s become a theme for them to say this will change, this was my first time at this location and will be my last.

No to much cleaning services

Poor management . Pool, Suna and others have been out of service since last two weeks

I have been going to this gym for about 10 years.It used to be very clean before the pandemic. But after they reopened it, it seemed to go from bad to worse.Machines were cleaned like 3 years ago.The steam room & the hot room also seem to be cleaned 3 years ago, they both are very dirty.& the staff seem to not care at all.I pay 37 dollars a month for them to at least clean it once a week.Anyways I hope for them to take care of that problem soon.But it's just sad that 24 hours seem to not do anything about it.😔

Well equipped gym, but sauna room need to be updated or remodeled very old strong smell.

Probably the dirtiest gym you’ll ever step in. Although the gym is well equipped for both cardio and weight lifting all machines are beyond dirty. You have dust piling up on most of your machines, a lot of the treadmills have some parts broken, don’t even think of using the stairmasters they have 9 of them and 7 of them are broken and have been for almost a month. The shower areas are gross and not clean, if you want to use the sauna make sure you’re ready to be surrounded by filth that they don’t clean. Pool also looks dirty once you step in, jets on hot tub barely work. They need more staff to help keep up with the club, all the replies on the reviews say they are trying to do better and dropped the ball but it’s been months with no change. You will be better off in any other gym besides this one.

Equipment wise, no issues, but bathroom wise always issues. The floors are always so dirty. Always out of toiletries, floors are always full of garbage, and I swear no one checks on these bathrooms. It always smells in here, and this is anytime in the morning. I sometimes wonder why I pay for a subscription to 24 hour if I come to a place like this. I pay for a service and this is part of it as well. I try to avoid using the bathroom here. Can we please hire a responsible manager to fix this?
