I’ve been coming to planet fitness for about 2 years now. Everyday I bring my tiny bag in and all of sudden I get interrupted during my workout to put my bag away because it’s a “tripping hazard”. NEVER has anyone ever mentioned to me that is was against their policy and I’ve been to many different planet fitnesses and have been coming to this specific one for 4 months now. Everyone has their water bottles, dumbbells, and hats on the floor. I was in a tiny corner and yet I’m the only one who got singled out. The girl that told me is not welcoming; she never says hi when you come in, and always has the rudest/ nastiest look on her face. I hated when I saw that she was working at the front the days I would come in cause of her unwelcoming vibe. I will contact corporate on this matter

Clean, the equipment is well maintained, the staff is friendly and professional, the background music isn't blaring. I like the fact that they have paper towels and spray cleaner to wipe off the equipment.

They have so many equipment, there’s always someone cleaning, it’s spacious and I never have to wait to use equipment. I absolutely love this gym.

Plenty of machines.. all are clean and well-maintained. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Inside is always cool and fresh..with good music playing. Love it

Staff is very friendly and helpful!Clean facility, great staff. Could use the rotating seat covers in the bathroom though.The manager Johnathan is very personable and is a great multi-tasker. Very efficient with handling multiple people at once.

Wouldn’t recommend this gym unless you wanna be harassed by creepy old men or the male workers. The supposed manager is a literal man baby, (Jose Cruz looking at you) and will have a power trip if you bring up issues. I had an issue with some older man who made me uncomfortable and I said something. My boyfriend told the gym we’d be back the next day to hand in our complaint letters, but this older man complained first and Jose cancelled my boyfriends membership stating a “policy violation” before we even came back. He never read our complaint statements and refused to do so because he already made up his mind. He doesn’t have conflict resolution skills and will get flustered as you question him. Apparently whoever owns this planet fitness doesn’t care about the complaints or wellbeing of their members. My boyfriend and I reached out about our treatment at the hands of the PF staff. That was a few months ago and we never heard back. It was hard enough trying to find someone to contact because the staff refused to give me contact information. I ended up demanding they cancel my membership too and they put the reasoning as a “policy violation.” This place is a total joke.
