I have been training with Dan for 2 1/2 months and have experienced vast results i.e. weight loss, bone strengthening, muscle development and increased energy level. Dan's knowledge, encouragement and constant motivation has pushed me to new heights I never thought possible. His leadership, sportsmanship, and expertise are top-notch. Working with Dan has changed how I view working out. It's been a great experience. He listen's and create a program that exactly suits my needs. He understands my pains/injuries and never puts me in a situation where I'm uncomfortable. Make's it enjoyable. My whole family uses his services, including my 11 year son. He is great with kids. In the 4 months that we have been using him, my whole family has seen amazing results.

Dan Rossmann is much more than a Fitness Trainer; he’s a friend, a coach, a motivator and a believer in fitness. Dan’s knowledge of fitness is great. He knows how tro get the most out of the time we are together. He provides a great workout that is challenging and varies every time. I have improved so much! You won’t get bored with his workouts.

I came to Dan with TWO "bad" knees. Prior to finding him, I had ACL and meniscus surgery on both of my knees. I struggled with full range of motion and felt extremely weak in my day-to-day functions. Within a month of training with him I felt stronger, my heels were able to touch my glutes, and I was more confident in my abilities to single leg hop, run, and train again (track and field). Dan created a training cycle that worked best for me and my abilities. With self monitoring, I was able to track my own progress and was able to see week to week how much I was progressing. I really consider Dan my SuperTrainer. Prior to him, I trained with a hand-full of trainers but none that was so specific in what I did. Dan not only helped me get physically stronger but he tapped into my mental as well. He challenged me to do things I thought I would never be able to do and because of that I am stronger than I have ever been. I am no longer nervous to do anything physical. If you're in the area and looking for a trainer, Dan will DEFINITELY get you where you desire to be. I feel so lucky to have trained under him!

Dan keeps my workouts interesting, balanced, challenging and fun. NEVER repetitive and always personalized. VERY aware of past injuries/restrictions and has great ideas to work and improve the entire body without further pain.

Dan has changed my life. I could not say enough about him. Dan has been training me consistently for 10 months. I have seen amazing results. I have always done cardio but adding Dan's workouts has improved my body and fitness in ways that I really wasn't even expecting. I am so much stronger and fitter, in mind and body. I’ve been using Dan for about 6 months now, focusing on rehabilitation of my knee and shoulder from a previous sports injury years ago. His professionalism, patience, and experienced / proven workout plans centralized for my injured areas are superb to say the least. I've been working with Dan for almost 2 years now and highly recommend!! He understands my specific goals and details out a plan for me to accomplish these goals. He is always pushing me further than I thought and is very knowledgeable when it comes to understanding my personal fitness. His schedule is very flexible to work with my work/travel schedule and I'd recommend him to anyone!

I have been working with Dan for several months and am impressed by his ability to modify an exercise routine depending on one’s physical status. Recently, I experienced a muscle strain and Dan was able to keep me exercising by adapting the exercise program. As a physical therapist, I prefer a functional strengthening program and I avoid machines. Dan’ s approach is functionally based and he varies the routine so the muscles are exercised in different ways from session to session. I highly recommend Dan for individual or group training.
