Have really enjoyed the KU Jiu Jitsu program since joining in April of last year. The instructors are all fantastic and have created a great training environment that suits anyone (hobbyist or a competitor) who steps on the mats. Have really enjoyed my coaches and training partners over the last year and look forward to many more!

KnuckleUp has been eye opening! I came into the gym with a very surface level knowledge of combat sports (loved watching mma, and was always into some of the components of it), and I feel like I learn every time I’m here. Their group classes are awesome, with high energy and friendly instructors. The instructors are very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. I’ve rolled some in the BJJ classes and the upper belts in the class always take care of me and are willing to answer any questions I may have. Loving my time here!

KU has outstanding instructors and an inclusive class community. I go multiple times a week and each is the highlight of my day. Classes focus not only on the fundamentals of beginners and advanced BJJ technique but also the principles of discipline, endurance, and teamwork applicable in all aspects of life. My BJJ buddies are my closest friends and this community is one I'm forever grateful to be part of .

This school (and I've been to a few) is great! So much so that my son joined too. The owner and instructors really stress the practicality of techniques for the beginners and the safe practice for all students. The instructors and advanced practitioners/upper belts are friendly and patient, while the "regulars" upper or lower belts alike are very welcoming and no one makes anyone feel dumb or less than. This is a respectful atmosphere where; one can break a sweat, gain confidence, and learn a valuable skill in a "hands on" environment.

I enrolled in KnuckleUp’s Brazilian jiu-jitsu (“BJJ”) program last year, and it’s been awesome! The culture at KnuckleUp is excellent, offering a great balance of friendly environment and focused technique. From the instructors to the newest students, everyone is welcoming and open to working with you. The lead instructors are extremely knowledgeable and are fantastic at covering technical lessons and working with all ages and abilities. I highly recommend at least stopping in for a class. The owner and manager are super chill, absolutely no pressure to sign up, and they offer multiple enrollment options when you decide to join.

My son has been going to KU since he was 4 years old and for the last 3 years it’s been an amazing experience. The coaches are amazing and the wider BJJ community is very supportive and inclusive. My son started to compete last year and the coaches made it a great (and sage) experience. 100% would recommend

I started taking my son here for Jiu Jitsu class when his teacher recommended it. It was more than just a good recommendation, my son found a new passion and he loves Jiu Jitsu and Knuckle Up. I can’t recommend them enough. The coaches Alisha and CJ are phenomenal!

I joined the BJJ program from a different one and have had a great experience so far. The coaches are highly knowledgeable and helpful and the community has been friendly and welcoming, too. I've been to a few gyms so far and this has been the only one where time is dedicated at the end of each class for every student to ask questions about a particular position or concept that they've been struggling with. This has been helpful to solve problems while they're still fresh in my mind but to also learn from other people's questions as well. Signing up was easy and they have multiple options for enrolling, via contract or not, and those options are neatly presented before signing anything. There was zero push to get me to sign up for one thing or another and I was also told they even have daily drop in fees if I didn't want to commit to anything short or medium term, let alone long term. Highly recommend!

What I love most about KnuckleUp, besides the instructors and teachers of different martial arts helping you to be better everyday, is that both clients and employees do a great job of keeping areas sanitized and clean. KnuckleUp makes you a priority, making sure they are transparent with contracts, classes and services, while helping you navigate your specic needs, wants and goals. Hands down the best gym and people.

If I could leave more than five stars for KnuckleUp fitness I would! I started training at this gym just after they open the doors to their new facility in Sandy Springs. From day one I had an awesome experience with this gymI trained at KnuckleUp fitness for 4 to 5 years and when my daughters were old enough I signed them up to. KnuckleUp fitness was more than just a fighting gym for us; it became our second family! We moved about nine months ago so we had to cancel our membership (zero issues with cancellation by the way), and I can honestly tell you the number one hesitation I had about moving was having to leave the gym.If you are on the fence about trying out KnuckleUp fitness, don’t be! The owner and staff here will go so far out of their way to make sure you have the best experience possible!
