I have been working out with Coach Tee for a few months and the results I've seen keep me coming back for more! Coach Tee and the other trainers really encourage & help keep you motivated! The energy is always positive and upbeat! The classes are not too big like other classes you may go to in Atlanta(this is especially helpful for those with gym anxiety). From the positive energy, POWERFUL workouts, to the protein shakes and energy tea made by the staff, I definitely recommend checking out LITFIT!

My first session today. LitFit Nutrition Sunday weight training session was the healthiest way to start my Sunday. The energy and vibes from coach Tee to the other members was amazing. Great workout! LFN also haves a nutritional refreshment bar available as well. I loved it and will be back!

If you’re looking for an amazing, inclusive, high energy environment then RUN on over to LitFit Nutrition!!! They never cease to amaze me and I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. From fitness classes that are fun and adaptable for all levels to the delicious teas & shakes available I’m always satisfied. I’m so grateful someone took the time to create such an amazing space!! Sweat it Out Saturday’s are currently my favorite workout and I would recommend the Banana Pudding shake for a tasty and healthy post workout treat!!!
