I’ve been working with May for several months now. She is an expert at leading me through the progression of moves, allowing me to advance further than I’ve been able to in classes previously. Her studio space is well equipped, comfortable and her instruction is always enjoyable! I’m so lucky to have found her!

I started seeing May recently for Pilates for an injury I got playing sports - overuse of a muscle causing strain. Seeing her has been really helpful to learn ways to stretch and build strength in surrounding muscles. She is very knowledgeable and even makes the sessions fun. I have really enjoyed my sessions with her and recommend her to anyone experiencing discomfort or recovering from an injury
