I’ve been one time since they opened but let’s put the hours on the doors or website. Yes I know it says 24/5 but let’s get detail cause getting turned around at 8:30pm is inconvenient

I’ve been watching to see when they are opening but they appear to be dealing with delays. Looked them up again today to see if there were any updates but they still aren’t open and aren’t providing a grand opening date anymore (is it just me or does this seem like a bad sign?). I love planet fitness (had a membership in Ohio before) and was so excited when I heard they were coming to my neighborhood but now I’m glad I didn’t sign up months ago and feel bad for the customers who did after reading reviews. Wow I would be so frustrated if I were trying to open a gym and had to keep pushing back the date. Good luck to the owners, I Hope you guys can work it out because I don’t really want to go back to LA Fitness because PF is so much better! Management should consider adding a note to the Sandy Springs page on the PF website telling people who signed up months ago what their options are as far as cancelling or going to a different location etc. They’ll come back once you get things going. My fingers are crossed!

I work in the business complex and I am beyond excited to start attending this gym along with my coworkers. The facility looks so new and fancy! I can’t wait for them to officially open up! Definitely an amazing addition to this business complex!

I don't want to leave bad stars since it's not open yet but this is kinda ridiculous. I joined this gym instead of the one right in front of my house because it's closer to work. I've walked inside and talked and been told 3 times the date is pushed back a few days or a week and now the end of the month. I hope they'll do something nice for the people who have been patient while this finishes up.

Went to Sandy Springs planet fitness Monday morning around 1 AM and they were open and empty! Maybe that’s not a plus for planet fitness, but it is definitely a plus for me. It’s probably expected to be extremely show at 1 AM. They just opened a few days ago, so of course the gym was very clean. Also, when I arrived, two planet fitness employees were there, but I did not see them when I was leaving.

Okay so it’s finally open and hence editing. So far It’s been great to workout here 😊 …

The date continues to change, this is a horrible opening. It’s been changed multiple times. Last date was 9/24 then it moved to 10/11, which was yesterday. No updates, other locations don’t have any information. Guess I’ll try again in a month. Smh

so we signed up for this gym months ago and there still not open ive been trying to cancel both me and my husbands membership and I keep getting auto generated email. I wish i never signed up its become hell to cancel a membership with them

Soooo. I just spoke with another location and they said Sandy Springs location won't be open until October 24 and that's not definite. They don't have electricity due to electritions in Florida dealing with the hurricane situation. Surely they can afford to hire other contractors. This is causing them to loose customers and money...At least give some sort of notification...Post on the gym door or something🤯. It's really inconvenient to have to drive 7 miles after work when I'm exhausted and they're around the corner...Trying to be patient is such a great challenge ....

I was told the gym was supposed to be opened 10/10, but now it’s supposed to open 10/24. The managers told me I can work out at the Brookhaven, Alpharetta, and Holcomb bridge until they open which is fine. The facility itself looks very nice. Can’t wait for it to open. And management were very nice as well.
