Love this place. My son Joshua goes here and he loves it. He has learn alot from going here. And has been really discipline since he started. Would recommend parents to take their kids here.

I get to punch and kick some bags and learn techniques to defend myself if the need ever arises. I adore the instructors. They are patient, motivating and they have a gift for connecting techniques we learn into a possible real life scenario. If you can afford to invest money in your self this is an excellent experience and opportunity. Bonus I've lost 15 lbs in my time there thus far.
