Best workout ever! Great for ex-athletes who like to feel pushed (but in a positive, encouraging way). I’ve tried a lot of workout classes and this is my favorite by far!

I did Blast and Orange Theory for years. Shred takes elements from both and makes it better. It has both cardio and strength-training, but the instructors are so good and so intention and in-tune to what everyone is doing, they’re able to offer what feels like personalized coaching for everyone. It’s not about mindlessly going as fast as possible on the floor or the tread like it is at OrangeTheory, but it’s really intentional movement on both and the results are, I think, more muscle definition because of their approach. All the instructors are great, but Sarah and Eric are so gifted and motivating! Love this place.
