I’ve trained under a lot of coaches during my life and they all helped me get to where I’m @ today. Two of those coach’s made a tremendous difference in my life and they are both from X3. It’s my home away from home. I started training there (fast track & kickboxing) around late 2020. About a year later, I was teaching at one of their locations, and know I’m a master trainer @ La Fitness, teaching kickboxing and competing.#livingthedream

Their membership contract is a scam. Do not join this gym. They won’t allow you to cancel the membership until you pay the overpriced fee and they will keep taking your money regardless if you use the membership or not

Coach Terrance is the best for kickboxing! Every class is different and he always tries new things to keep us engaged. You can truly move at your own pace but he challenges you to push yourself and that’s how i started seeing progress :)

0 stars if i could. I dealt with a man named Jay Desterhome (something like that) one of the most rude individuals. he was very pushy and not helpful. He definitely needs to be fired or reprimanded in some way. very disappointing customer service.

I've been going to X3 sports since August of 2022 and thoroughly enjoy all the classes I have been to. I mainly do Muay Thai but there is a vast amount of classes and workout equipment available as well. Everyone is very welcoming and I always learn each time I go!

Not a lot of class options. One trainer was always rude and never seemed to want us there, almost seemed bothered we showed up. Definitely better gyms around with more to offer for the same price.

I like the variety of sports you can take. The fact that there are several locations which encourages you to commit to going to a class (coming from work or home). The instructors are helpful, patient, and friendly. I'm sure there are many more good things to list but I just started.

Used the Gym a couple of times didn’t have much time for it so I tired to cancel the staff told me nothing they can do about then gave me a email turns out it’s year contract that you can’t get out of and have been charging me monthly without even using now how does that makes sense nobody told me there that it was a contract other gyms have no problems canceling I will take action to get my money back!

I was unaware I was under a contract and was told I couldn't cancel. When I originally signed up this was not explained to me in no manner,if so I would have never signed up. They also refused a refund. This is not practical especially when keeping their good name (air quotes) when customers choose to leave.
