I love going to this gym. You get such a good workout but it's fun and something I look forward to doing. I highly recommend them for anyone.

All of a sudden - They don’t have any classes before 9am and that’s the only time I can work out. I don’t think I should be forced to stay in a membership when you don’t offer the services you said you would at this location (yoga) or at a time that is pretty normal at other gyms. I tried calling and leaving a voicemail and have not gotten a response.

I joined X3 about a year ago, I have nothing but good things to say. I’ve been training Muay Thai under Dwayne Loudermilk. Dwayne is extremely knowledgeable and helpful instructor and has made my Muay Thai experience incredible. Everybody at the gym is awesome.

0 stars. I dealt with a man named Jay Desterhome (something like that) one of the most rude individuals. he was very pushy and not helpful. He definitely needs to be fired or reprimanded in some way. very disappointing customer service.

Definitely a great place to learn martial arts. The membership is pricey but worth it. I would recommend this place to anyone, beginner or pros. The boxing classes are wonderful and intense. Great workout. Couch Nandi is a great coach if you wish to do boxing. He pushes you to your limits and teaches you well with respect.

I highly recommend this place, I have been going here for 2 months and there is just so many options of self defense kickboxing, boxing, bjj, and Muay Thai. This place also has a great gym with machines for your cardio, leg day, arm day and more. I can’t even explain how good there staff is everyone is nice there and the coaches are such big motivators, please come here if you want to participate in these sports.

I like the variety of sports you can take. The fact that there are several locations which encourages you to commit to going to a class (coming from work or home). The instructors are helpful, patient, and friendly. I'm sure there are many more good things to list but I just started.
