Wow, what a headache this gym has been! I lived in Salt Lake City for a bit, so I signed up with my boyfriend for a membership there. We relocated to near a ski resort in Colorado that is nowhere near an Anytime Fitness. I cancelled my membership with somewhat of ease (they sent a bunch of collections to my address and then waived it when I asked). HOWEVER, when my boyfriend attempted to cancel his membership (since October 1 and today is Nov. 18), they refuse him stating that they need something other than his drivers license, etc., and threatening to send his membership (that he's been actively trying to cancel for a month and a half) and "ruin his credit". Juan is extremely unprofessional and I can't wrap my head around why they would cancel mine with a drivers license, but not his as well. Instead of just being considerate that we moved away (AND we provided proof), they are dragging on this process endlessly and it's infuriating. So that being said, the gym itself is alright, but don't ever consider cancelling it because they will drag it on as long as they can and be as unhelpful and rude as possible.

Very clean, everything I need, and I'm sure for the vast majority of.people, everything they would need to workout! Visiting from the Poconos mountains of Pennsylvania.

I won’t be renewing my contract. Unprofessional. Limited equipment for the price. It’s kind of dirty so I am going to the Sandy one. Better staff, cleaner and feels safer there.

Super clean gym and very friendly and attentive staff. A big thanks to Jess for help with equipment and general questions.

New management and it's gone downhill in the last 3 months. Treadmills broken. Dirty bathrooms. Just has a bad vibe and I RARELY see a worker there EVER! It's staffed in the middle of the day so if you go in morning or night it will be unsupervised and dirty!

Worst management I’ve ever seen! Elda does not care about her members or about females being uncomfortable and harassed. She thinks that people are made of money! I had an anytime fitness membership at the Fort Union, Sandy, Utah location that I wanted to cancel a few months back due to harassment by multiple different other members.I had to leave in the middle of my workout so many times after being harassed because all that management would do was “talk to them” and not make them leave, and I couldn’t seem to find a studio near me with working equipment where I didn’t get harassed. The manager helped me with my cancellation and said I would need to get billed one more time. I said that was fine.Right before my membership ended, I said maybe I’ll freeze instead. During the freeze period, I decided I wanted to continue with the cancellation (mind you, I had already paid the last month).I wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone after calling numerous times to ask if I could proceed with the cancellation, and I got charged again for another month. I finally got ahold of Elda the “manager”and she told me she can’t refund me and that I need to get billed AGAIN before my cancellation goes through. What are managers there for if they’re not gonna be there for their paying loyal members? Where’s the humanity? I need the $140 but I doubt a big corporation like this does. This is silly because I won’t even use the gym because the level of harassment is so terrible and I already paid my last month for cancellation. She said she’s the only one that COULD do anything but that she “couldn’t.”
