Was going to be out of the country for several months, so I called to have my account placed on hold (a feature that was a selling point for me in the sales pitch). When I returned home, I noticed they had billed me the whole time I was gone. Tried to get it sorted out with them but they denied any record of me ever calling. They could see I hadn't used the gym during that time and I even offered to show them boarding passes and my passport as proof. Nope. So I canceled my membership and they sent me to collections. Steer clear of this dishonest company at all costs!

Overall the gym isn't bad, it's the cancellation that sucks. Its like jumping through hoops to cancel your membership after you move away from a location that has these gyms, and I find that unacceptable.

Clean Vasa even in the bathrooms. Good vibe. Not many meat heads. There are many great friendly "regulars".

5 of the last 6 months their spin dryer in the lock room has been out. They remodeled the gym and took out great equipment and replaced it with useless stuff. Example: shoulder press bench, and calf machine. The staff is awesome though. Thank you for the fix.

My Wife and I are always getting ready for another race, and I personally am working to become a Spartan world champion. This incredible facility has contributed to our goals more so than any other gym we’ve ever tried before.I love the massage chairs, sauna, weights and cardio areas. VASA IS HOME!

I got the most expensive plan for reasons that are not serving me at all anymore.1. Kid care needs to hire more people OR train the kids in the front desk to help, or just come up with a solution ASAP! Us moms paying for this service NEED TO USE IT! Figure it out, and fix it!2. Yoga clases are so weak! Hire better instructors.Bathrooms could be a little cleaner.Trainers could be a little more friendly.It all seems like you guys should take better care of your employees so they don’t quit and/or do a better job like simply and genuinely smiling and saying hello back.Again: HIRE MORE PEOPLE FOR KID CARE! (Pay them better! $10 / hour is insanely cheap for people who do the hardest job at the gym)

This location has very kind staff typically. New renovations the place more clean and with some nice new equipment. Also, as with all Vasa locations it is in desperate need of regular deep cleaning in the bathroom, shower, and wet areas, sometimes the showers or steam room smell mildewy. However, this location is cleaner than any of the others. They all seem to skim clean, crews are in every night but "normal" - more than surface cleaning, is definitely needed.
