Gotta give a shout out to one of BAM's coaches, Shannon Clawson. My experience after 18 months of coaching with her has been excellent. Really pleased with the intensive personalization, the motivation, the depth of expertise and knowledge with her sincere intent and desire to see clients succeed. Sees the whole person and is part nutritionist, part physical therapist, part motivator, approachable but firm, schedules individual and group trainings, just the right balance. It feels so good to be improving and achieving goals that before I didn't know if I could achieve. Thanks Shannon and BAM team!

BAM is awesome!! The coaches treat you like family. Coaching or classes are expensive, but very worth it. They have bike storage and lots of trainers so you can do a bike group ride that syncs all the bikes together. Highly recommend to anyone looking to improve fitness and learn new skills, no matter your background.
