You can't beat this place for an overall good feeling for body and mind. The space is over the top, the equipment is the best you can get and the instructors really care about what they teach.

I am a marathon runner. A little over a year ago, I was having pains in my lower legs that almost caused me to hang up my running shoes and give it up.On the advice of a friend, I started working with Trish in April of 2015 and doing pilates twice per week at her studio. This helped me to change my form and also put more spring and life back into my legs. Not only did this help me enjoy my running more, but it also helped me to run my fastest times as a marathoner. In May of 2015, I qualified for the Boston Marathon for the first time, and then in October of the same year ran my fastest marathon ever at St George. 3:13:39. I have also run my fastest half-marathon times since I've been working with Trish. The biggest reason for my improvement is because I no longer feel like I have to fight my body all the time. I am able to be more effective and aggressive in my training because of the restorative benefits that pilates offers.Trish is so passionate and has tremendous knowledge. She truly lives what she teaches and makes each training session count.

Amazing studio! Since I've started Pilates on a regular bases, my lower back issues are virtually non existent. Thank you Trish for helping me feel great again. I love your passion for Pilates and the human body!
