Worth every penny. Jess really knows his stuff. It’s a great group atmosphere and the best type of workout for what I like to do. He keeps your heart rate up the entire workout and bases the workout around resistance training that can adapt to any level. Really a genius group training workout plan. I am sad to be moving away and unable to attend anymore. I did it for a little over a year and had great results. Increased strength, decreased body fat, and my knee pain completely resolved. The gym, program, and instructor (Jess) Thomas get my highest recommendation.

I have been a client of SGT Thomas since March 14, 2023. In 90 days, I have transformed my body. My blood pressure is lower, I am sleeping well at night, and I am fit with real muscles. I am nearly 60 and I now I identify as a 45 year old male. Jess’s methods are disciplined and focused. It is frankly the best hour of my day. I am in for the long term, because everyone who attends regularly becomes family. It’s fun and I am happy. Thanks SGT Thomas you are the real deal!

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Bootcamp! My fiance and I did the 12 week challenge to get in shape for our wedding and in 10 weeks my fiance has already lost 20 pounds. We'll definitely be coming back for regular workouts. The environment and workouts are motivating and effective! Jess and Jeanette are both such great trainers!

To know instructor Thomas is to love him, he truly cares about all his clients and wants to see them succeed. No matter if you are just staring your fitness journey or looking for a new way to keep up your current fitness level this place is great! Classes available throughout the day to fit your schedule. Signing up for Bootcamp with Jess Thomas is was one of the best things I ever did for my life. I saw almost immediate results physically and not only did I get healthier and stronger my mental health was completely transformed. Jess has such a supportive and fun personality and all of the members and other instructors make it such a wonderful environment. I currently relocated to another state and I have tries every fitness program available (almost) and I cannot find anything like Bootcamp. One of the main things I miss about SLC, UT is boot camp with Jess! If you are looking to reach your health and fitness DREAMS Jess's program is the one!

This boot camp is the real deal! The gym is very clean and fully equipped. The owner, Mr Thomas, is very attentive to make sure exercises are properly performed. He is funny and kind. I particularly like the fact that there are not too many people per class. Great place. Highly recommended. BRAVO!

I came here at first to help my son. He is young and overweight. I needed help in teaching him how to be more mindful of his weight and learn how to be disciplined enough to workout while using the proper workout techniques. Not many places accept your kids. I believe if anything young children need it the most, to help them learn and use these as they grow. Jess welcomed us and worked so amazingly well teaching my son how to be disciplined, how to have a better workout technique, as well as so much more! It’s become our second family. Never had he ever felt so welcome anywhere and Jess made that happen for him! Thanks so much for helping us in our weight loss and discipline journey and offering us so much more!

Bootcamp by Jess has been one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did it motivate me to lose weight and stay in better shape he teaches you principals that will last a lifetime.it was the hardest workouts and yet at the same time some of the most fun I have had in a gym. Jess and his team push you to the limit and then beyond.Jess and his team were nothing but motivating and kind. Yes, it says bootcamp, be prepared to be yelled at, in a good way.I will always send people to Jess and know he will take care of them.I am so grateful I found Jess though others and will consider him and his wife life long friends.This truly is the Bootcamp of Bootcamp workouts!
