I’ve been going to this location since they opened in June of 2019. I had major back issues, and needed a place that could help me work on my form and not over do it. I slowly healed and got into great shape in the first 6 months. Unfortunately, I did a bent over row with bad form and too much weight in October of 2019, and re-injured my back. A trainer caught it immediately and probably saved me from too much damage to my back. I now have issues with sciatica and numbness in my foot. It was my own fault, but these trainers have always done their job well. The atmosphere is friendly and there is great community. Even with the new people, I think the feel very welcome and accepted as one of us.I’ll definitely keep 4 or 5 days a week if they’ll keep doing what they do. I hope to see more people join and experience what I have. I’ve lost 30+ lbs and kept it off. I feel and look great. I have more energy and am more functional and capable in my daily life. All I do is put my gym clothes and show up. The rest is easy but also hard/challenging, as it should be. I hope to see some new faces soon. Come join us and say “hi” if you see me.

I’m completing my second week, 8 classes in and I’m loving it. The instructors are great, the program is well planned and challenging. I love that you get a great mix between both cardio and strength. I’ve tried several different programs and this one is by far the best for me. I’m looking to both lose weight and build strength at the same time. This program is going to get me there.

In terms of workout and knowledge of exercise/fitness, this gym takes the cake. Intense workouts, good nutritional advice, and matching soundtracks to match the atmosphere of the workout on a given day. However, in terms of body positivity and inclusiveness with their fitness instructors, they need some serious work.I worked at this location for about 2 months as a group fitness instructor. The head manager here was in contact with me throughout this time since I was in training. One day I got an an email from this manager that provided me with direct client feedback. For the most part, the clients stuck to giving instructive criticism on my teaching ability and overall presence in the studio, as expected. There were a few clients however, who chose to take a more personal approach. One of the responses that I got was "Jack has really sweet good energy. However, I cold heartedly believe that trainers should be in great shape. They ultimately motivate you and push you to look and feel your best. It's easier to take a trainer more seriously when they look the part."As I'm sure you can imagine, I was not happy receiving this "feedback". And it added insult to injury knowing that my manager decided to send it directly to me, seemingly without a second thought to how it might make me feel about myself.I encourage all who step into any fitness facility to spread kindness to all around you. Not everybody who is involved in fitness is looking to have chiseled abs and perfectly pristine bodies. F45 clientele and staff, my suggestion to you would be to remove body judgement and simply focus on the ultimate goal of fitness: To feel better overall. Don't ruin someone's passion for fitness simply because they "don't look the part".While I am angry and hurt by how this situation was handled by F45 and the head manager at the draper location, I am not solely posting this review to trash their studio and those who run it. I am doing it as a cautionary tale for future fitness instructors who may be mid-plus sized. Unfortunately, people will judge you for you for how you look here; if you decide to become a fitness trainer with this company, don't feel like you need to change yourself for their sake. Your body is just that; your body! And it should be free from hateful comments, from judgmental clientele, and insincere managers.

When Draper F45 opened, we were looking for something different to try when it came to exercise. We really love how the workouts incorporate strength, cardio, mobility and fun all into 45 minutes! The community and coaches are great… even after moving away, anytime we’re back in town, we’re sure to stop in and get our F45 fix!

I love F45! I am currently in my trial period but so far i have nothing but good things to say. Each class is different, FUN, and the 45 minutes go by really fast! I especially love Amy’s classes. She is so motivating and even though there are a lot of people she really focuses in on you and your form for each exercise. I will definitely become a member at the end of my trial period and I look forward to many more F45 workouts!

This gym, the members, and the staff are the best! I always say the hardest part of working out isn’t actually the workout itself, it’s getting yourself there that is. F45 offers a mix of resistance and HIIT exercises, meant for everyone of all different fitness levels. My favorite part is the feeling after a workout knowing you just did that. Everybody is in there just grinding it out for 45 minutes, cheering each other on. I’ve had back problems and the lifting I was doing would irritate it to the point I’d spend weeks in pain. I’ve been going to F45 now for about a year and feel stronger than ever, Both mentally and physically. They offer a $2 trial for unlimited 2 weeks of classes so you’re able to get a feel and see what you think. But… forewarning you’ll LOVE it!
