We are from Fort Worth Texas . While on vacation, we worked with this awesome crew. Coach Jin was probably one of the best coaches we’ve ever had. I improved my form and my weight . everyonewas friendly and inviting and we got a great work out.

Workouts are fine, but they seem to be on a rotation the trainer doesn't control. Most trainers function more like DJs than instructors. They play the music painfully loud and give like no instruction or correction during the workout. It's not like you could hear them if they did, but all the instruction is up front, and then they check their phones while they blast your eardrums. I feel bad for the business's neighbors.

Trainers are awesome! Classes are varied and interesting but you need to be careful that you don’t hurt yourself. The Sandy studio is small and the amenities could be higher quality such as the phone/jacket storage area. Most folks attend with someone else and the 7 am class is usually packed. Highly recommend a class pass pack instead of a full membership for anyone who isn’t at the top of their fitness game and wants to ease into it.

I use to hate going to the gym. It was so tedious coming up with my own workouts and I couldn’t get the motivation to go. Jump to now, and I can’t get enough of F45 in Sandy. I went to a different one before and it was fine. Once I got to Sandy it felt like home pretty quickly! The coaches get to know you and push you, in a healthy way, to pick up some heavier weights or encourage you to do a little extra burnout after the class. The community there is so enjoyable and you can feel that in class. I drive from Utah valley to go to this location because of how wonderful the gym is. The people there genuinely care about you. It can feel like some gyms just want your money but this is the farthest from that. I will always recommend this place!

I love, love, love F45 Sandy. The trainers are awesome and so are the other members of the gym. I always get a great workout and the trainers do a great job of pushing me. If you are looking for a great workout that only lasts 45 minutes, look no further.

I’ve been going to F45 for a little over a year and transitioned to this location a few months back (after my previous one closed). I can honestly say the experiences between the two locations are completely different but in a good way! At Sandy, you feel appreciated and welcomed. Management is engaged and encouraging; they’re continually looking for feedback on how to improve. The coaches are all knowledgeable in the what and why of certain movements and are always willing to assist in any type of variations if necessary due to injury or fatigue. Highly, highly recommend giving this location a shot for yourself!

Great coaches and community here. I love the 45min high intensityconcept. Every day there is a different upper body, lower body or hybrid workout with stations that always change. You don't get bored because it's always challenging and changing.

I had been running and rowing for 2 years, like a hamster under a heatlamp, at Orange Theory, and was getting pretty bored. I was excited to hear about F45 and was an early member at the Sandy location. First, be prepared to work. The exercises are varied and interesting and you'll get an intense workout unlike anything else you'll experience independently. Cam and his team are awesome, I noticed the one low review and felt compelled to post; reading the post it's clear he needs professional help, and not the kind you get at the gym. I guarantee you'll get the best workout ever, with great coaches, for a good value, while meeting some fun people.

Great place to workout! It's pretty new so there aren't a lot of reviews, but the trainers are good and the owner is great. It's a fairly low pressure environment too so you won't feel terribly awkward going in for your first time. They'll make sure you push yourself without being overbearing. If you want to lose weight and get tone, this is the place.
