Building muscle strength has been especially gratifying at Fitness Together. The fitness instructors are very knowledgeable and personable to work with. They know their stuff and make it fun but effective to work on fitness goals. I highly recommend Fitness Together!!!

FT has amazing staff and a fitness/diet plan that actually WORKS! I was struggling with motivation to visit the gym and eat clean so I reached out to Jacob. Shortly after I started at FT, my pounds started to fall off. Haven't hit my goal yet, but holy heck I'm making progress! Couldn't be happier!

I've been a client of Fitness Together since 2013. I'm fairly active year round via participation in sports, and my own exercise programs. However, I must say FT took me to another gear.The people at FT are terrific and make exercise with them fun and rewarding.The 6 week assessment check ins help me measure results and work with the trainers on improvement areas and new opportunities.Core, upper, lower, flexibility, and endurance programs vary the routine and challenges week to week.The small group and 1 on 1 training concentrates my exercise on doing routines correctly for my goals. I get a very efficient workout in 45 minutes. This is something I simply cannot duplicate on my own.... I've tried... :)Results show cardio improvement, muscle tone, weight reduction, and increase in overall strength, and endurance.

I’ve made a lot of progress in a short amount of time. The gym is clean and professional I enjoy my visits there despite Jacob pushing me in the HIIT workouts! I highly recommend fitness together with Jacob if you are looking for an individualized program high energy and fun!

I have been training at Fitness Together in Cottonwood Heights for many years. I love the personalized training programs they develop for me and the private workout studios. Jacob Jones is a fantastic trainer/coach/motivator and has really helped me with weight loss, getting in shape, and building endurance. All done with friendly encouragement. Fitness Together has exceed my expectations of what personal training could be. Their approach is different from personal training I've done before. They use a combination of aerobic and strength exercises that has me breathing hard at the same time I'm building muscle. I'm amazed at their ability to know how much I can do to get a really effective workout but not overdo it. They are very professional, efficient and have an impressive knowledge of exercise physiology and nutrition. No drill sergeant tactics and the price is reasonable or the services they provide.I was initially nervous to sign up because of concerns around commitment, scheduling, cost, and effectiveness. None of these turned out to be true. I feel so much better, and wish I would have signed up sooner! I recommend Fitness Together for anyone wanting to improve their health.

Let me first say I don't really enjoy working out and I have never been a gym nut but my experience at Fitness Together has been an amazing experience. I look forward to my work out sessions. I feel my trainers care about me and my health. I enjoy the personalized workouts that challenge me and help me improve my health. They even play the music I like while I work out. I am always encouraged by my trainers and they help keep me motivated. If you are looking for a great fitness accountability partner who wants you to succeed then look to Jacob and his team at Fitness Together.

Fitness Together in Cottonwood Heights is fantastic! I've been working with them since June 2012 and have had awesome results. One-on-One training was what I needed and that's what I got. The trainers I've worked with are Clint, Forrest, Mike, and Jesse. They are top notch. The owner is Jacob and he is reliable and easy to work with. My workouts are personalized to me but vary so I'm never bored with one circuit/regiment. I travel quite often for work and the staff works with me to customize the schedule. I workout as often as I can when I'm in town. Give them a call if you need the accountability and want the results. I did and I couldn't be more pleased!
