Legends Boxing has literally changed my life. I started over a year ago with Head Coach Chris! I have since lost 100+ lbs and learned a whole new way of life. Its a safe place for people of all skill level to come and learn real boxing and have a community! I wouldn't be anywhere else!

Did kickboxing for years and got bored with the workouts. Legend’s is amazing because you never have the same workout twice. Other members are friendly and coaches are awesome and very helpful.

Been going for four weeks now and I love it! The work outs are effective you’ll feel the difference immediately. The coaches know their stuff and are patient with you no matter your level of endurance and will motivate you to keep going. I highly recommend Legends boxing.

The sandy legends is amazing. I always get a good work out. I am 50 and have bad knees t he coaches are great about modifying exercised for me. I never leave feeling like I didn’t get a great workout. Thanks Mike!

I have been a member for over 3 years. Excellent coaching, fantastic members who make it fun to work hard. Each day the work outs vary and are challenging but can be modified for anyone to do. Learn to box, get fit and have fun!

I love attending classes that fit my schedule. The classes are filled with a diverse mix of people and abilities with a common goal of pushing yourself. The coaches are all friendly and give constructive feedback. Boxing isn’t something I ever though I would be into, but it is really fun and I walk out feeling like a million bucks! Definitely not a boring workout!
