The staff is welcoming and attentive. Overall the facility is nice but I can't give it 5 starts because of some cleanliness issues and their website/app isn't up to date.I swim a lot and the inside lap pool is always nasty. Almost every time I swim (a few times a week) at the bottom of the pool I find band aids, balls of hair. The pool floor looks like it hasn't been scrubbed in a LONG time. The men's steam room needs to be cleaned every few hours. On the floor and the first step up, you always see hair...One big draw to lifetime was the racquetball courts. You can still go on the app and reserve a racquetball court.... even though they got rid of the racquetball courts.... Felt so stupid reserving a court and getting there excited to play just to be told, Sorry, we got rid of them. Also, wish they had some signs with info about the wifi at the gym.I'm still happy with the gym, but I wish they would fix those few things.

Cancel my account in 8/15 and they said it is active till 9/15. I paid for the additional month, but the two kids in the front desk won’t let me enter, they said there isn’t refund either. Will give one negative feedback every day until they refund me

Men steam room is out of service for several month a year. Shower cabins are dirty. In family showers room most of the shower heads broken. Classes are crowded. Membership price increases. Steam room was the main reason for me to go to this gym and bring my family with me. I have to cancel membership and look somewhere else.

Basketball court is closed to kids most of the day. Closed other side of basketball court for pickleball. Men's steam room has been closed for over a month, now the sauna is closed. Half the showers are closed and hot water was broken. Lots of issues and closures for a hefty payment. Return the other half of basketball court, open 24/7 again and get everything fixed up and it might be worth the $$$

2 stars until they install fans! It’s too hot and no airflow! There are no fans for circulation, and they keep it very warm winter or summer. I get so muggy and sweaty instantly after starting any workout. The amenities are great, but I keep going to another gym for my workouts because I can’t handle the hot still air. It would be a great gym if they turned down the thermostat and added some fans. It’s too many people breathing heavily and sweating in one room to not have any airflow.

Steamroom still closed after a failed opening date for the 3rd time after months. Was supposed to open today, nowhere near finished. Broken showers, hot water issues, and now no Sauna… what the hell are we paying for as the most expensive gym in the state? When Planet fitness has better functioning locker room amenities? Get your act together lifetime, it reflects really poorly and frankly is just low quality.

Out of this world gym and fitness club! I have the Premium membership which gives me access to the Alpha Strength and GTX classes. The gym is super clean with very beautiful & inviting locker rooms. Inside the locker rooms are towels, showers, hygiene items, hair dryers, a large sauna and a Eucalyptus steam room. My favorite place in the whole world is the steam room! I have found Lifetime Fitness to be a place of positivity and healing, both mentally and physically. I love the Alpha Strength classes taught by Curtis Denny. In addition to the camaraderie you'll find there, Curtis' Alpha workouts will kick your butt & bring your fitness to a very high level. 💪

Ive been a loyal member here for 10 yrs coming almost everyday and under bridgettes management its now a total waste. The managers before were awesome, always caring about employees and clients and their views about the gym. Shes not. She took all of 1 day to decide and let people know the basketball gym is now pretty much gone. The nice nba type gyms they had is now just a kids play court. They destroyed the indoor basketball gym for more pickle ball courts and nobody uses the ones the put in a month ago outside. And they destroyed the outside basketball courts to do those. Lol the management under bridgette is terrible. Keeps raising prices and destroying the amenities that made it the best gym in the state bar none.

Hands down the best gym in the area. Has everything you need and more. It does cost more, but you get your money worth from the state of the art equipment, customer service and amentities. The photos on the LifeTime website doesn't do this gym justice. It is a lot bigger than you would expect!Ask for Bailey, he will give you the grand tour and not try to sell you anything you don't need. Fantastic customer service.Highly recommend.
