This is a fun place for kids and you would hope to get out of the heat but it is dead air in here. They said their air-conditioning is just not working properly and there’s nothing they can do. I am watching everyone fanning themselves. You pay a lot to get in this place and then it is just about as hot as being outside. Save your money and go somewhere else.

Such a fun place!!! My kids get a lot of energy out and it is awesome! For the few reviews about masks, if you are paranoid about germs, stay home.

After you've been here a few times it's stale. In my opinion they need to switch things up a bit, add, change or rearrange. Huge facility but limited on what you can do.

This places was horrible hot, the AC has been out for over a week, there's trash all over the place, if you would like to sit down you will need to move the empty water bottles to clear a space. And there's no toilet paper in the stalls and the bathrooms need some serious cleaning attention. During a pandemic one would think they would have higher cleaning standards and a concerns for fresh air.

Always a fun place to go, but they do NOT enforce their mask-policy. Saw multiple adults blatantly not wearing them them entire time we were there. Probably won’t return until masks are generally not recommended anymore.

This place is awesome! Not just crazy fun, but challenging fun!!There is a great area for small kids as well, and plenty of obstacles for youth and adults! Be ready to bring it though, it's not for the faint!

Fun place, but needs another employee or two for lessons and to watch the kids not in lessons - because most parents don't. One 16 year old did his best to coach 10 kids individually but that left 9 unsupervised at any given time.

We've always really loved this place. Even during Covid it felt clean. But the last month we've been twice and it's feels like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile. Plus it's hot inside still. I'm hoping they can get the staff they need and get everything up and running like it used too. Until then we probably won't come back.

My kids love coming here to play and I love that with a paying child the parent's get to supervise aka play too.We have had my daughter's birthday party here as well and had a lot of fun each time. No disappointments. Also isn't overly crowded!
