There's something amazing about Pure Barre! It's a workout like no other. I have never seen results so fast, but be prepared to work for it! ;-) Pure Barre Draper is an amazing studio. Very clean, very organized and very positive. The instructors are the best and I appreciate the individual time they give everyone.

I am happily obsessed with Pure Barre! I have been looking for a place to workout where I felt comfortable and where I was doing something that I loved. Pure Barre is it! It is a workout every single time! the clients are kind and encouraging. And the staff are top notch! They know your name, work around any injuries you may have, and give personalized help and attention during class on form. I feel fabulous, inside and out, every time I leave after a class. I cannot recommend it highly enough :o)

Pure Barre is a unique and powerful workout. Rather than just attempting to get your heart rate up - like an aerobic class - it's about isolating certain muscles and activating them to fatigue. It's a great workout and I can feel all over after.It's difficult at first, and requires concentration, but the instructors are amazing at identifying and helping with small changes to help you activate the right muscles.I recommend it for all levels of fitness. You'll find benefit for sure.

If you suffer from depression, you need to give Pure Barre a try. The first thing I noticed after only two classes was how I felt mentally. As someone who refuses to take antidepressants I knew that I would have to exercise to combat depression. Although exercise helps, for me, there is not any exercise program that I have tried that works as well as Pure Barre. That includes other Barre type programs.After 100 classes I am completely convinced that the creators of Pure Barre have scientifically found a very successful mind-body connection. With all the classes I have taken so far, it still amazes me that I "want" to get up at 5 every morning to go exercise. (My old definition of insanity!)My new attitude could also have something to do with the awesome instructors. I have not been to any other Pure Barre locations to compare but I am pretty sure Pure Barre Draper has the BEST.If you want something that starts off easy and gets more challenging or vice versa, this is Not the class for you. It starts off hard and stays hard. (And you still "want" to go everyday! Crazy Right!?!) But the self esteem, confidence and overall healthy feeling you get every time you finish a class is priceless!I would highly recommend Pure Barre to everyone, but especially to those who suffer from any form of depression and/or anxiety. Beats medication any day the week!

Pure Barre is hands down the best workout around. I was hooked after my first class and have taken over 400 classes at multiple studios. Pure barre draper has wonderful teachers that are welcoming and super helpful. I always look forward to taking a class at this studio when I'm visiting.

Pure Barre is definitely the best workout I have ever participated in (and as a 46 year old fitness instructor I have done my fair share). There was a noticeable difference in my body--muscles longer and tighter and not creating bulk as some other workouts can do. In addition to seeing great results physically; mentally it is just as challenging and rewarding. As an added bonus, the studio is beautiful and clean, and the environment is friendly and inviting. Every time I take class I leave feeling 100 times better than when I walked in! Just try this class, you won't be sorry. It just may change your life :)

I can't say enough good things about Pure Barre Draper. I have never been able to commit to an exercise program in my life until I started at Pure Barre. Now I've been regularly attending classes for more than three years and I still get excited every time I get to go. The staff is incredibly helpful and well trained and they create an environment that makes you feel comfortable and safe. The routines are low impact, but really dig into each muscle group, toning and shaping rapidly, and they change every time you're there to keep things interesting. If you want something more high impact, you've got to try a platform class that they offer, which is awesome to get in strength training and cardio intervals at the same time!

Pure Barre is one of the best workouts I've seen....and I have done most of them! I have even been an aerobics instructor myself. I love the attention to detail, great instructors who know their stuff, are personable and attentive. The atmosphere is supportive and the studio is always clean. The workout is highly effective and great for any level from beginner to advanced. You get a killer workout every time! I love this place!!! ❤️❤️❤️

Pure Barre is a fabulous workout! It is challenging no matter what your strength level and the results are amazing. The instructors are all so friendly and helpful so you get the most out of the class. I have more energy and am stronger than ever! Highly recommend it!

Pure Barre is just the best! I absolutely love the workout and the way it makes me feel. You can do everything at your own level and your own pace. The music is upbeat and the instructors are great at keeping the classes motivating. Everyone at Pure Barre is friendly... Staff and clients! I LOVE my circle P tribe!
