I was told I could get a "FREE" 4 week trial. Well you have to pay $150 for it to be FREE. You have to buy a heart rate monitor and boxing gloves from them for the trial. Didn't want to do that so I signed up for a 1 week free trial. I only went the one time and it was an alright facility. The idea is great but not worth the money at all. Definitely got scammed out of some money trying to cancel. You can see by their reply their customer service wasn't great. I'm not required to talk to you over the phone especially when you call multiple times within 30 seconds of me not answering the first time. People can be dissatisfied with the products you offer and at the price you price them at. I'll also note your process to cancel is not easy, I couldn't simply do it over the phone or online. I didn't have time to go in person and by that time was already charged another month. Offering something as FREE without advising beforehand that a purchase is necessary is a scam. You're now saying that because I pointed it out. Please don't harass those who aren't satisfied with your product and express that.

As others have said, read the fine print. The workouts are fine; it's nothing revolutionary, but it removes the efforts of having to plan your own HIIT circuit and the variety is nice. The service on the other hand was absolutely appalling. When I went in and they set me up in their system, I was shown the pricing structure and *specifically* refrained from selecting a price tier. After all, I hadn't even tried a workout yet to determine if I liked it. Doesn't matter; out of the kindness of their hearts they selected a yearlong contract on my behalf without explaining they had done so. Even my overpriced apartment knows that unless otherwise specified, you charge a higher price with no term. Not these guys, I guess.Fast forward a few weeks and I'm down over $350 to cancel a contract I wasn't expecting—$125 for the membership, $149 to cancel said membership, and a cheeky 30-days cancellation notice requirement means they're still going to charge me for upcoming dues—all to workout a total of twice during what was supposed to be a "free" 7 day trial. I've seen some sketchy billing practices in gyms, but this one takes the cake. I emphatically do NOT recommend.

1st time in to check it out.. the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. For someone who would be considered extremely active I really liked the program and lived up to its name, burning 700 calories in 35 minutes was good, I look forward to this experience

I have tried a few different gyms in the area and it is definitely a must try. You can go at your own pace and you’re pretty much going against yourself. If you want to build muscle/tone or lose weight this place is worth checking out! Clean facility, fun workouts for experienced gym goers or someone just starting out. There is a trainer on site if you have any questions. Free 4 week trial! How can you beat that!

Read the fine print! Having the worst experience trying to cancel. I don’t have the time to use it and I’m stuck in a binding contract even tho i was told there wasn’t one. Was just told that at anytime i could cancel as long as i gave 30 days notice with no penalty. That is not the case. Having a binding year contract and have had the worst customer service trying to cancel. Got told i had to pay 160$ to cancel early for each membership. Even if i like the gym concept i wouldn’t recommend signing up unless you want to deal with shady people only looking for your money! I’m so sad i have to write this but it’s been a terrible experience trying to cancel and just move on.

Love the staff and the idea of a station based HITT training. Gives a great workout in just 30 min. I have been going here for a few months now and I will keep going till I move away. They need to build a HITFIT gym in Highland Utah.
