I’ve been going to this gym for a while and they recently added a new training room and when i’m there, no one uses it. My gym partner and I went in today and a trainer approached us as we set up and said “I wouldn’t do that if I were you” and kicked us out. Apparently the room is only for personal training and there is no door, signage, or schedule depicting any sort of schedule. Someone else proceeded to then go in and use it and nothing was said to them, all without being a personal trainer or having a training scheduled. Staff was not welcoming and has continuously been rude. Will be finding a better gym.

Will not train here again filthy gym always disorganized weight area staff has created and unfriendly environment black mold over bench press area bathrooms locker area filthy all tile around pool and sauna is brown color window in sauna area has spit all over it employees say it's not my job cooperate needs to inspect this location emediatly before someone gets sick fire all management and hire somebody with pride and keep this place spotless and organized especially after covid you think it would be.

Clean. Great staff. Has a Pool, steam room, yoga, cycles, kids club $10/mo. Lots of weights. Irritating not to find the lighter weights sometimes since they end up in different rooms. Weights are often not placed in correct spot either but that’s not the staff’s fault.

This gym is to small and they don't encourage sanitizing after use. I only seen two sanitizer stations in the whole building. The only pro to this place is the helpful and welcoming staff members.

I'm not sure what's with the low reviews. I guess for a gym with an expensive membership, people have really high expectations. I, however, am very pleased with my experience at this LA fitness. Sure, it's not two stories like some of the others, but it has everything I need, and I haven't seen it busy to the point where machines were full. The staff are helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi is nice. People complained about the sauna being shared between men and women, but I personally like that. You can go in with your friends, and it's easily accessible from the pool.

The guy cleaning in the morning is rude, when you ask him a question he answers with an attitude. Should consider cleaning the sauna right when the gym opens that way we can use it when we need to.

Would appreciate if I could get more sanitizer out of the little pumps to actually wipe the machines off. There are also quite a bit of machines that don't work, need service, or are rusty. Maybe an update would help, and a water fountain for bottles would also be nice.
