I come in everyday and sign in with my gym bro’s guest number and it always worked. The one time I come with only 30-35 min to work it they make me make an account because the guest pass had expired, which I was totally cool with, I told them can I do it after my workout? Or just write down all my info, BRI, specifically, forced me to make an account with a VIP guest which I didn’t want or need since I was a guest with another number/ member and even he wasn’t a VIP. Then here everyone is telling me to make an account with my limited time at gym, I was willing to accommodate my time and do it over the phone or like I said, write it down. But nope. Bri said it will be quick and it wasn’t, a good 5-8 min chuck was taken out of my workout time for one measly profile on their app, which I am not getting or could care less for. She did not care for my time or my needs and just made me sit there and give my info which could have easily been on a sticky note…Ridiculous service and they don’t accommodate your time or care. I was willing to accommodate, they didn’t.

I walked into this gym in September to cancel my membership, which I was told there was a 30 day policy so October payment was going to be processed which I was okay with . In November I noticed I got charged again and I kept calling about this and every conversation I had they told me they are taking care of it and my refund was on the way . Today I called and according to the representative there is no history but I do have the charge on my bank statement . I was trying my best to resolve this, I even asked to speak to a supervisor and I was out on a long hold and no one came to the phone .

The staff will lie to you about their cancelation policies to get you to sign up in order to lock you into their agreements. When I first joined, they told me I could switch from my premium membership, I think I paid $24 or so a month, to the $10 option with "no penalty." I wanted to switch after a couple weeks and they charged me a $40 or so switch fee, which wasn't disclosed up front. Fine I thought, give them benefit of doubt it was just a rogue staff member's doing and not a reflection of the company's ethics.WRONG. I made the regrettable mistake of signing up for their Personal Training program. There is nothing "personal" about this program. I've gone through 3x trainers in 2 months and my current trainer just quit!First, they lied to me when I first signed up for this program. A member of staff on the PT team (who also quit after signing me up) said I could cancel my membership for PT if I wasn't happy. This is a total LIE. Then they told me I couldn't cancel because it requires "numerous sign offs that would take too much time" so they lowered me from 3 days a week to just 1. When I reached out to complain and cancel after my latest trainer quit, they told me another run around story, that they "tried" to contact me (they tried twice) but I called every day and never heard back after the 2nd attempt and pass the blame to me, the client. I am so done with this place and regret signing up.This gym only cares about the money at the end of the day. They will lie to you and withhold information to get you to sign up to their PT program. It took them 3 weeks to get my trainer on the app, so he couldn't even communicate with me for a bulk of time with me. Granted, some of this was most likely the app itself, but they don't really care since they have you locked in already and don't seem to make the trainer's lives any easier. They also want your finger prints and multiple forms of payment options attached to your profile so they make sure they get their money when you try to cancel and come for you even though they have your photo in case anyone tries to steal one of your sessions. Who knows how secure their server is if they need a print and people have tried this in the past? Have never experienced the poor customer support from a gym and lack of accountability from management as I have at this place. The gym itself is typical, super crowded when you want to go before or after work. Have only seen the staff surface clean with a vacuum. Regret joining and not seeing red flags upfront. Wish I stayed at my previous gym. I emailed Kelly who seems to be responding to the reviews and still haven't heard back. The email listed on their payment confirmation PDFs also seems fake. I've emailed that at least 4 times since Sept for a billing issue and they have never responded.Contacting the BBB at this point since they are all MIA now. Received 1 email on 11/28, nearly 3 months after my first inquiry. Issues still not resolved.

Terrible gym...no military press racks, no hammer-strength machines, and no standing calve machines. VS the Las Vegas EoS gym, Tustin is a far cry for an excuse of a gym. Train here at your own risk and physical perrill.UPDATE TO KELLY'S RESPONSE:I appreciate your response, Kelly, but unfortunately there is absolutely nothing you or EoS Fitness can do to rectify the issues I addressed, short of purchasing some Hammer Strength machines and one or more Military Press racks and a 21st century standing calve machine. And updating this location's lat/pulley stations. The current stations use rubber-coated dual line lat-bars which is an industry no-no. There's too many negative remarks to make in so many areas. The person who designed and built this gym probably never went to or used one, ever. Not your fault.:-)

This gym deserves more than 5 stars. Mary Ann always greets us with a warm welcome and the staff are always willing to help. Great management from Mary Ann and Olivia.

If I could give it no stars I wouldSo basically I enrolled into this gym about a month ago I clearly asked when I was being enrolled if I was gonna get charged the annual fee upfront or with an amount or how did it work and the guy that was helping me told me that it wouldn't get billed until year from the date that I enrolled it so it wouldn't get billed until next year. So to my surprise 1st month comes up and I get billed that annual fee for $76+ I did call and explain basically what I clearly had asked. And why was I getting billed so early? So the girl on the phone just told me that it is what it is.I ended up canceling my membership on top of it always being full and. Having dirty bathrooms, I mean, it's not wortit I rather just continue my membership with planet fitness and cancel with them.Don't waste your time this time it's totally not worth it

Sometimes they don't fix the equipment fast enough and the bathrooms always smell.

WAY too many people, not enough equipment, constantly holding $.01 or $1 for the first month (Yes you have to pay the enrollment fee, annual fee, AND the monthly fee the following month) which then brings in MORE people and STILL NOT ENOUGH equipment. Even off-peak hours are busy; only good day to work out is Sunday. Canceling my membership today after 2.5 months (have to email corporate for this AND give them a 30 cancelation notice). I'll pay more for MUCH BETTER GYMS. Good luck.PS...It would be a "Zero" star but won't give me the option.

I feel like I was mislead and now I’m stuck in this contract which I feel like they were deceiving and misleading. Please make sure you understand what you are signing up for but most of all be sure the person signing you up is making sure you understand what you will be paying for and the timeline of it as well. ASK is this a contract? Because their other word for contract is “commitment”.-upset client (personal training)

Only soyboys who take 10 min in-between sets workout here. When I visit the coast I'll skip this location from now on.
