Training times are Monday to Thursday from 5 to 9 PM and Saturday mornings from 9 AM to 12 PM. Note that the gym is closed on Fridays and Sundays.

I loved training here, I couldn't continue due to school and work but there is definitely a care for your growth in this gym. The environment is great, everyone is friendly and will help you out if you have any questions, they also used to sell some tasty protein smoothies when I trained here, so if you want to refresh yourself after training you're in for a treat.
