I highly recommend Kristi at Gone Adventure Pilates! I am a beginner with a foot injury. Kristi makes me feel comfortable being new and is skilled at making modifications to work with my limitations. Each session I leave feeling like a had an amazing workout and looking forward to the next session.

Kristi is absolutely the best! I’ve been doing Pilates with her for half a year now, and I can say she’s such a dedicated instructor who always prioritizes the needs of her students. Kristi is one of my favorite instructors. She’s friendly and personable, but still pushes you for a great workout.
