The Base is a great new spot, offering a lot more than an average gym. I had an awesome personal training session with Patrick. He is very knowledgeable and tailors to individual needs and ability. He helped address a few problem areas I have had a lot of difficulty with. He demonstrated each technique and dug in with me, coaching my novice self through the process and weaving much needed recovery into the session. Patrick has great energy, he kept the session fun with his sense of humor and was enthusiastic and encouraging, pushing me to test my limits! His group exercise class is fantastic as well, however I really enjoyed the personal attention of a one on one session.
