Glad I found this cozy, and great studio. I loved my class with Emily! Her focus on breathing helped me relax and transition to more challenging poses. Highly recommend her class.

Took the Sunday morning class for vinyasa all levels and it was great! We had a substitute teacher but he took us through some simple steps and built on it so it got to be a great challenge at the end. Great class, would definitely take again 👍🏼 …

Had a 1:1 yoga class with Daniel and enjoyed learning about techniques to improve the overall posture. Daniel explained the difference between Hatha yoga and Vinyasa styles. Daniel is very receptive and takes into account of the outcome needed before the practice.

Great neighborhood yoga studio! I have been going there for a year+ and loving it. The variety of classes, flexible schedule and instructors of all walks of life meet my needs. You can even put your membership on hold depending what happens in your life. You will be warmly welcomed back.

Ok yoga classes but the floors are way too dirty and unsanitary to lay a mat on or to walk barefoot (hair, lint, street dust everywhere - see attached pics). Allowing people to walk in from the street through the back door doesn't help either. You have paying clients, please clean up.

Imagine doing professional yoga during work...That’s possible tho. We’ve had office yoga with Jiaren studio for over a year now. An yoga instructor comes every Friday after lunch and we had practices that gradually changed our flexibility level. The best part for me personally is to do it at our own office space.
