Mean instructors. There are hardly any Bikram classes. The students that practice there are not at all welcoming to beginners

I am not a fan of Bikram, so that impacts my reviewTeachers are very goodStudio not the best. But not bad.Owner advertises Bikram yoga a lot when he teaches. I don't believe it. Just look around and see people's body. Not very different from a sauna.

I've been doing yoga in the Bay area for approx 12 years but have taken a break for quite a while. I returned today. This has always been and still is my Favorite yoga place in San Jose.Abhi embodies the spirit and integrity of this yoga.He is a caring, humble, disciplined person and his place ALWAYS feels safe and welcoming. The Bikram yoga studio in Milpitas burned me, and I think the owner is mentally ill.I will never go back there.I'm so deeply grateful that Sagar Yoga is still around and is better than ever. It feels good to be home.

Good: Lots of classes, good location to many employers, studio owner does care about the practice and is a skilled instructor.Bad: The studio itself is the dumpiest I've ever practiced at and yes, it does smell. [One of the] Instructors was actually poor when I practiced here, giving commands in the negative (don't close your eyes, don't hold your breath) as opposed to giving commands in the affirmative, which they should always be (eyes open, breathing normally). If you're really into Bikram, I recommend practicing here, it is a legit studio, just don't expect anything fancy and try to ignore the stench.
