Been a part of this gym forever and I love it! Great mix of workouts, you can go into the gym in any mood and always leave feel amazing, accomplished, and pumped! The new renovations really brought Crosskicks Roselle to the next level. Best gym by far! No schedules or classes to book! I workout on my own time with the workouts already made for me and ready to go so I can focus rather then think. Different effective workouts daily for weeks on end. Dominic and ion are always there pushing you to your best and always keep the environment fun and light. I’ve doubled my strength and endurance since being here. My workout time use to be for me but the benefits here are so good I new I had to bring the fam! My husband is now on is way to better health a long with my 19 year old son! This place is clean,great equipment, and the support from dom,ion, and the members makes it easy to show up! 100% percent not your average gym and worth a try!

I join this gym about 2 months ago and I can't say enough good things about it. First off, the workouts are tough and you need to put the work in. But if you do you will reap the benefits here. This is the first gym I've joined in about 10 years that I've actually seen results from. I'm a golfer and I've built up my core enough here that I've actually noticed it in my golf swing and the distances I've been hitting it. I wish I had found this place years earlier. Hope this helps in your decision.

Looking for a new place to workout at and are tired of the big crowds? Look no further! Crosskicks Roselle is a an amazing gym that offers 40 minute power workouts. The best part is, no class times! You walk in and walk towards the warm up station. You are then guided thru a well thought thru power workout that zones into the selected dedicated body parts assigned to the circuit. I’ve been a member for 3 years and I’m still LOVING this place! Everyday is different so you never get sick of the workouts. Having a trainer on the floor at all times helps when you need that slight adjustment to a movement or a push when you are struggling.

Cross Kicks Fitness has changed my life and challenged me to step outside the box on how to view fitness! I have been a member since 2018 and in my mind I never thought I could do what I saw being done through the window! Dominic convinced me otherwise, and encouraged me to join and put trust in the trainers! I was able to drop about 35 lbs the first year I joined, and that was only during the first 90 days!!! I am still a member today, and I am not only enjoying the gym, but they make you feel like family! Everyone there encourages each other to keep pushing and moving forward even if you have a bad day!!!!! The trainers even continued to provide workouts to the members during COVID/Lockdown to keep us moving and working on our goals! Thank you for everything!! #CKFSTRONG 🦸‍♂️

My husband and I have been going to Cross Kicks now for almost 3 years and love it. I have lost 35lbs since beginning my fitness journey at this gym. The trainers and people are great. Workouts are different everyday and challenge you. I highly recommend this gym!

You know that feeling when you walk into a gym and throughout the workout you are so lost that you just give up? That never happens at Cross Kicks Fitness because everyone there will gladly help you if you get lost or turned around throughout the workout. Because of that kindness that people have given me, I made many new friends. With them I have done the 45 and 90 day shred, which have worked greatly on me. There are also the challenges and new exercises everyday that will keep you on your toes. Overall, You won't regret your decision if you decide to join Cross Kicks. I certainly haven't.

Cross Kicks has been a game changer for me. I don't have the knowledge or discipline to get the results I want on my own (I can admit it!) and the structure of the workouts, 45 and 90 day programs are worth every penny. The staff is incredibly patient and always take the time to explain the different exercises and answer my questions.No class times, different circuits everyday, friendly people and all of the support you could ever need. Plus boxing is incorporated into the 40 minute workout. I would recommend Cross Kicks to anyone looking to improve their health, regardless of their current fitness level.

I've been working out at Cross Kicks Fitness for about 4 months now. The trainers are fantastic. They are always there to answer any questions you have, or give you a little push when you need it. The workouts are tough, but fun! They switch it up every day, so you never get bored. There is a great sense of community between the members too. There is always someone there cheering you on. I haven't felt or looked this great in years, and highly recommend giving them a try!

I went to visit Cross Kicks for the first time today and I have to say I enjoy the experience! I've been working out intensively for past 4 months so I had a good idea of what I was getting myself into. Josh is such a motivating and enthusiastic trainer. He showed me and the other two ladies exactly how to do each workout within the 5 stations.One side note which I enjoyed about Josh, considering how busy they were getting at the time was how he took his time to recommend another work out. One of the ladies asked if I can't do this what should I do instead? Josh nicely recommended another workout instead.Slate was the other trainer and a very nice person as well. He is more of the training facility's MMA master. He explained and showed me how to properly do a leg kick on the bag.For a free first workout and how it went, I'd say well done guys. Highly recommend Cross Kicks in Roselle.
