This place sucks. The customer service is beyond horrible and the locker room/shower/saunas are absolutely filthy! I tolerated the broken machines, dirtiness, and poor customer service because the price was good enough for the variety they offered. After seeing cockroaches in the locker room shower area, I AM DONE! GOODBYE!

Showers and steamroom need to be cleaned in a more detailed way; I see the same dirt in the steam room for days. The vent over the steamroom needs attention, too. I have never seen anybody really scrubbing anything. I switched from a different gym where I used to see on a regular basis showers, steamroom, etc, being scrubbed, treated with a special chemical, and hosed with hot water.Shower handles are often broken.Lockers should be checked on a regular basis as well. Again, I see things left alone for days at the same lockers.I wish there was a water fountain in the locker area. It seems basic for me, especially where the steam and dry sauna are offered.The only water fountain is there that needs to be checked; the water is kind of warm.

SO CRAZY HOW THEY WERE ABLE TO ADD THE FRILLS(sauna, steam room, pool, & whirlpool...etc) WITHOUTLOSING THE FEEL OF A TRUEHAVEN FOR THOSE OF US WHO PREFER THE OLD SCHOOL GYMS BACK IN "THE DAYS OF YORE"!(sorry I have to seize the opportunity to say"Days Of Yore" any time I can!! LOL!)THIS GYM HAS WHAT YOU NEED NO MATTER WHAT FITNESS ROUTINES & TYPESOF EXERSIZE GIVES YOU THE BEST RESULTS!

About all cable machines are at their last few reps until snapping. Not only machinery but also the male restrooms are comparable to a wasteland that carries a stench stronger than a football lockeroom. To put the cherry on top, management did not treat any questions or concerns with any level of respect or acknowledgment. Overall, your best bet is relocation or switch.
