Don is very knowledgeable and professional trainer. I have a long story of my amateurish fitness errands (10+ years, have done a half marathon, 65 mile MTB ride, etc.), but I was able to gain way more knowledge thanks to Don and his coaching. Highly recommended for newbies and for the experienced people who just stuck somewhere with their gym routine.5 stars.

This place is amazing. Don is a great guy who goes above and beyond for his clients. Theres people like me who aren't great at this fitness stuff but DZ is very informative and supportive. The encourage, they push and I believe they truly strive to help clients achieve their best. If you're serious about changing your life, this is a one stop shop. I promise :D

I used to go back in the summer and LOVED it! I was considering going back but found out two of the best coaches had left. The owner was an okay coach but the routines are very repetitive and felt useless after the second time so i stopped going. I was doing the same workout routines at my local Planet Fitness and was getting the same results as if I was doing it with him. Planet Fitness is so much cheaper and includes training, group classes (similar/better than the ones here), massages, and the membership to the gym! Would not recommend coming here anymore.

I'm so glad I found DZ bootcamp. It's the place to be if you want to get shredded. I've been going here for 3 weeks now and I'm starting to see results. The exercises are challenging and intense but it's worth it. When it comes to nutrition Don is very knowledgeable. He knows his stuff and he's very responsive every time I ask him a question about anything. As for Christina who is one of the trainers, she knows the most effective exercises to burn that fat away. She's awesome. Can't wait for the next class.

As a wife and full time working mom this was the best place for me. Don has programs to fit all schedules. I started with Don in the Summer of 2019. I was looking for a Nutritionist that would customize a plan that was best for my body and I wanted it to be all remote and affordable, because I had no time to go to a gym. I sent him all my measurements, pictures and goals. He put together a 90 day Keto program that we adjusted as needed based on how my body reacted to certain foods. He coached me via, phone, text and email. I swear he never sleeps because no matter what time I contacted him, he was there to support me and guide me. I lost 12lbs of fat in 90 days. I took a break for the holidays and started back up with him in Jan 2020. I have lost a total of 16lbs and am now working on muscle building. Being a women, I enjoyed knowing that he has a studio with classes by amazing trainers which made me feel at ease when it comes to safety.Don's flexible program allows me to work on my health and fitness, while still working full time and taking care of 2 toddlers and a husband.

I needed a place where I could just show up and the workout and equipment would just be there for me. DZ Bootcamp is the best option in the area and the prices are unbeatable. I stayed consistent with my workouts and after 2 months, incorporated the DZ Nutrition program specifically designed for me. That's when I really saw results! Don is very knowledgeable of both fitness and nutrition. He knows little tweaks you can make, and provides direction you can take, to reach your goals. In my first month, I lost 4 pounds and 6 six inches from my waist and I'm not done yet. DZ offers all you need to reach overall fitness and improved health and Don's experience makes this membership a sure thing.

I did personal training with DZ for about a year before moving out of state. What I like about Don from DZ Bootcamp is that he tries to connect with his clients on a personal level and motivate them for each and every workout.Don tailored every session to my specific goals and made sure that each workout was not only challenging, but fun too. When I walked into DZ Bootcamp for the first time to meet with Don, I had asked some of his clients how they liked the classes and personal training, and not one person had anything bad to say about the trainers there.Don has quite a bit of experience, but one of the things that I realized right away was that he truly cared about his clients. Don would frequently ask for feedback on how he could improve things as a trainer and a business owner, which isn’t something an owner would typically do, especially if they have proven success. I would absolutely recommend Don as a personal trainer, as well as the other trainers for classes, if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals.

Im sure i dont have to tell you. Being over 50, and an over the road truck driver. Its super hard to be able to workout daily, and keep a tight diet. Dz Bootcamp helps me when i am able to make it. And has worked out a great menu and grocery list, thats keto friendly. And helps me lose weight, while im on the road. The prices are fair. And the staff are awesome. Don Z and his trainers are some of the best ive been around. They will work at your rate, with low impact workouts, to help anyone, on any level. Before signing a long tem commitment at a health club. Go talk to Don. And take advantage of the first class free.

I am really not good with compliments, so i am going to state the facts:- Don cares more about the folks than the money (proven fact. I was not able to come in for a month and Don did not charge me for that time. Keep in mind that I did not request this, Don did that out of goodness of his heart).- Don knows about nutrition (With mostly dieting I lost 10 lbs and 4% of body weight in about 2 months)- Don and the other trainers know what type of exercises are going to help you achieve desired goals (fact. There are different trainings that you can do, including private classes which are tailored for the specific goals).- Don and the trainers are good people and they truly care about their members (fact, read the first 3 point and the last one does not need any additional justification).
