Only giving it one star because the facility is okay. I had a membership here as a Bell Works resident during the beginning of this year (2023). After we decided to not renew our lease with Bell Works, I called up Fit Lab to have my membership changed to a public access membership. Everything was all good, my membership was swapped but I couldn't access the gym. I called to have this addressed, was told it would be addressed but never was. Finally, after reaching out THREE times I was told they cancelled my membership for an unknown reason. I never broke any of the terms of use such as sneaking people in, leaving equipment out, etc. The only possible hypothesis that I can come up with is that they were upset my company didn't renew our office lease with Bell Works. I reached out to a manager for an answer but still haven't got one after many days. Customer service is not there and I do not recommend getting a membership here.Update: So, they cancel my membership on their behalf and remove all my access, yet STILL ARE CHARGING ME MONTHLY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP THEY CANCELLED. Nice to know they try to scam their customers of every dollar.

Very nice Gym . Completely cool and calm in the evening. I really like it. It has a lot of machines and good vibes. Prices are awesome!

Beautiful gym. All new equipment is very clean. Huge locker rooms. Jackie is very helpful and kind.
