FIT Project is the most fun I've ever had working out before! Kristine, Steve, and Laura challenge you and push you to do your best. If you get bored doing the same old thing everyday, this is the place for you because it is always being switched up! Weights, cardio, boxing, and yoga...how could you go wrong?!

She is an expert in all things fitness and health (and I even hear she has a TV at the studio so you can work out even when the Cubbies are playing :P). As a triathlete and overall hard worker, Kristine pushes her clients to meet the potential she knows they have. She is intelligent, funny, insanely creative with her workouts, and plays some pretty rad music too. Give her a call today and try out a class! Kristine is the BEST trainer! We tell her that all the time, but definitely mean it. My husband Steve and I have been training with Kristine for years…so long that I don’t know for sure, but it’s been at least 4. She makes workouts diverse, effective & dare I say that they are even fun sometimes! She motivates us both to do our best and has been incredibly supportive of our fitness goals. We have 2 daughters ages 10 & 13 who have also come to know Kristine very well. She is an inspiration to them and they enjoy working out and learning from her as well – check out the kid’s boot camp program!
