The environment here inside the building is hot and there is no air purification. As a mother, I sit in the waiting area for an hour. I understand very well that the air is not exchanged. I told the manager here twice that the lower part, where the beginners are, is hot. And it does not have air purification

Want to watch your kid grow in many ways? Want to see a gym that is more than a sport complex, it feels more like family. Then bring your child here. You will not regret it. Can't speak highly enough of this entire staff.

Very rude woman answered the phone and was not helpful one bit. That’s my second time speaking with her. She took all my info about 3 months , I waited that long to find out she never wrote it down?

Irresponsible people absolutely ! They have 8 kids last time with just one person. They didn’t take care about your child. My son bump his head last time and they don’t even say sorry, they didn’t help , my son screaming like never. He bumped his head on the iron bellow the parallel and she wasn’t there when he fell down. A bad experience ever. 😭 I’m not recommending this place to no one.

We have been a part of this for 2 years and couldn’t be happier. Gym was always meticulous and it great working order. Management always made sure equipment was inspected and secure. We were a pet of the boys team and always felt That we were in good hands! We had to leave for personal reasons but wish nothing but the best for this gym. When you e been in business for over 40 yrs you know you’re doing something right! Thanks Gymkhana for the wonderful me sides and the care you provided!

In reply to Alia Farrag your friend told you before you even walked up to the counter that you would be charged a late fee, so you came at me ready to argue. You signed a contract stating on the first you would be charged if tuition was not paid by the end of the previous month. Then there were signs posted in several place around the gym (front door, above the counter, bathroom doors, etc) a week and a half before then end of the month stating tuition is due and you will be charged a late fee on the 1st. I do not have to verbally tell you that you’re being charged that amount is right there on the machine for you to see, you chose not to pay attention. I’m not there to hold your hand, I’m very busy and need to get the payment and go to the next person. You got what you wanted I waive the fee this time and you sat down. You and your friend came back again trying to argue some more. I maybe customer service but that does not mean I have to keep beating a dead horse with you when I have work to do. And the customer is not always right you signed a contract and signs were posted not my fault if you are not paying attention! In reply to the review from Tetyana Levchenru.... As the person you are referring to, the parent your child was running into and kicking while climbing over the seats and cubbies would beg to differ. I wouldn't seem rude to you or your children if you actually did your job as a parent and kept them under control. So if me telling them to sit down and stop running or climbing makes me a bad person so be it! It's for they safety of the others in the area as well as your children. If anything you owe the other parents an apology for the way your kids act around them instead of bashing me and the gym, for doing your job!!!

The new space is great. Class size is a bit hit or miss, but the instructors and coaches are very patient. Amazing to see what the older kids can accomplish.
